Bought 3 coffees from there, didn’t get a single one right. Bought a medium latte that was half filled in a medium sized cup, and it was boiling hot coffee, and burnt my tongue. I understand the cups says «extremely hot» but any other dunkin donuts I go to, I am able to drink my coffee within 5 – 7 minutes. This particular drink was sitting in my car for 15 and it was still hot. They need to be careful. Won’t be coming back here

I really can not believe this place, Handicap Space always taken by non English speaking person really pisses me off, I stopped going through the Drive they 90% 0f the time get the order wrong, or repeat your order back wrong after you stated it clearly and slowly, And after cutting you off mid order to ask anything else, The New manager they have and two other girls that have been there are the only ones who can get the order correct the first time. But now there new thing is to fill your cup about almost a inch from the top, WHAT IS THAT? I go to Starbucks they say any room for cream, I drink my Coffee black, Now I open the cover every time and tell them PLEASE fill it up, IS THERE A WORSE D. D out there I think not this one has been bad for years, Its across from my business so I go there. I can not count how many times I have returned after leaving for one problem or another, Same family owns all the Lynn stores except one But this place is the worst one in Massachusetts

If I would give NO stars If i could! My boyfriend and I went through the drive through and we where ordering 2 drinks, a bagel, a wake up wrap and a side of hash browns… After every item the girl said «anything else?» which is typical… I said, «we are going to have a few more things…» and she then said «anything else like 3 times in a row» and then proceeded to say it over an over after each item. I was seriously furious because it’s so annoying and she clearly spoke very good English and I’m pretty sure she new what she was doing. These girls are rude and I guess I shouldn’t expect more but I guess there is nothing else I can do but avoid this particular D&D.

I can see why two years the female employee got hot coffee thrown in her face here. The times I have stopped here, I have gotten so aggrivated my face is as hot as that girl’s.
Rude employees, drive-​thru can barely fit a golf cart, terrible location, dirty, closes early. There is more to say about this place, but like the employees… I simply don’t care.

What the hell is wrong with this place?
Customer service is extremely poor here. They cut you off saying, «is that all»? during your order about 10 times. They get your order wrong and then are rude about it. They talk to you the way your smart ass older sister with PMS would.
God, at least put one of the idiots that speak English at the window too.
