Back when I lived in NYC, I was one stressed out woman. And too much stress for me = more migraines. So my doctor there suggested I start getting acupuncture, which I did, and which helped a lot, my initial skepticism notwithstanding. And then I moved to Lynchburg. For the first 18 months or so, I had a manageable number of migraines, so I didn’t get around to finding a new acupuncturist. And then my second and third semesters of nursing school happened. Oof. The stresssss. OMG. And of course, with all that stress, an uptick in migraines. So, at the beginning of this summer, I found a new acupuncturist — Dr. Matthew Miller at East West Acupuncture. And once again, my migraines are subsiding and life is so much more enjoyable. I’m so glad I found this place!
