I stopped going to the place because of Steve, he is very rude. once I had an appointment and the girl got sick he never called me or made other arrangements for me. I was going away and I was very upset… all he said so what try someone else… it’s not how you run business … not a nice place

Worst experience ever! If you are in Lynbrook don’t ever NEVER STOP IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT! First when you walk in no one can greet you in understandable English. I had to ask if I signed in and the owner had no clue what I was talking about! Then being from Chicago we know it as NO CHIP MANI, an educated professional establishment owner would want to ask and speak properly yo you to inquire what the heck is it that you are talking about, I got a jumbo mumbo of jederish responses and attitude! I finally did a inquiry on Unilocal of nearby salons and thank God I ended up at a nearby nail salon that from you walk in you are greeted with a smile and the deservedly professionalism one expects from a nail salon!

Linda is amazing. The manager or owner is also so friendly! My nails have never looked better!!! This has been the best experience I have ever had! She listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t rush a thing! They just made a loyal customer out of me. Love them! They also give a short hand massage while your nails are being done and a short back massage when your nails are drying. Try them you won’t regret it!

Love the owner steve, he remembers everyones name and keeps the salon laughing! Ask for Lily, shes the best! They dont talk about you in Chinese! lol

Ive bing to Magic for the past few years and I have found no place better to get my acrylics done. They last for ever and ive never had one break. There pedicures are decent. But this is definitely the hot spot to get your acrylics done!

I have tried MANY other nail salons all over LI and NYC and they do the best job by far. I’m really rough with my hands and manicures/​acrylic/​gel never last on me but everything they do lasts for over 3 weeks!!! It’s far away from my house and I am always trying other places closer to me but I keep going back because they are the absolute best. Could be more organized and updated but can’t beat the prices, service, or quality

I started coming here after a friend of mine suggested it. Her nails always look amazing and she’s been coming here for years!
I’m always happy when I leave there. I usually get acrylics (cut super short) and a pedicure. They have some nice options for the pedicure and my nails always look perfect. The last time I was ready for a «new set» my old nails were still on so well that they wouldn’t come off!
My sister my mom and now even my fiancé goes there now! I would say the prices are decent too. Most things are the average price or maybe a dollar or two more. Definitely a good choice in an area filled with nail salons!

Steve and Ann run this salon. They’re personable, professional, and try very hard to accommodate their customers. I never make an appointment due to my unpredictable schedule, and they always do their best to squeeze me in. The salon is clean and the prices are reasonable. The acrylic nails last 3 weeks, sometimes I can push it to 4 weeks.
Up-​date: I am no longer using this salon as of Fall 2015. Owners changed over recently. Prices increased but quality not up-​to-​par.

Friendly, helpful, approachable salon. I got acrylic nails and I was practically in and out and they look completely perfect and more natural than any fake nails I have ever seen, ever. The place appears clean and well-​lit and the manicurists don’t sit there chattering at each other.
I came with my wedding party because this is my sister-in-law’s regular place. They had the seven of us done with manicures (two acrylic), pedicures (with the basic lotion/​massage treatment) and any waxing people wanted in three hours with only four people working there (one of whom was usually working on someone else). They gave us a phenomenal break on the price, too.
The woman who did my pedicure wasn’t that careful with the polish and she cut my big toenail a bit too short, but she did remove the bulk of the polish on my skin with nail polish remover. She was also not that good at massaging and may have killed my foot.
But I cannot say enough good things about Steve (who did my acrylic set) and Anna, who did a bunch of our manicures and is a total sweetheart.
My sister-​in-​law tells me they give you gift certificates on your birthday and are always willing to do free touch-​ups when you nick your polish. Neat-​o.
