AWFUL experience, I will never do it again. The receptionist (who is also the owner) was nasty and rude every single time I called to ask a question, because of their hours it was hard to make it work. I bought the cut and color groupon, I figured I’d treat myself, I don’t often color my hair. After a rude greeting the stylist came over and told me highlights would look better, and only cost a «couple of dollars more» I should have asked how much but I trusted him. I let him go at my hair and ended up with a gross 90’s slutty receptionist streaky multicolored mess!!! It made me want to cry. I was already late to a family thing so I just wanted to get out of there. Upon checking out and using my groupon they informed me I had to pay an extra $ 140 for the highlights since they weren’t included in the groupon and had my card swiped before I could recover from my look of pure shock while her and the stylist shared a smug «we are so awesome and sneaky» look. She was in such a rush to rip me off she only charge me $ 14 by accident, thank god, so I signed and left, promising never to use the other groupon I bought for that salon and calling my family to find someone to fix that mess!!! It was easily the worst salon experience in my entire life and I would STRONGLY advise you to go anywhere but here.

As usual, I purchased a two facials coupon my appointments were easy to schedule that they had flexible opening.
I was there 20 min earlier and they let me in early =D
Also, the facial room was cozy and I got a good basic facial with shoulders and arms massage.
I will go for sure for the second before my BD

I went to my second facial and my skin is fabulous. I actually asked to have an eyelashes extension for my bd the day next and they fits me in the busy full booked schedule.
Brittany the facial and eyelashes specialist is great! she is professional and nice. She always let me get in early when I arrive 20 min earlier.

Uncomfortable experience from my first call. Receptionist was nasty and put me on hold for 8 minutes. If I hadn’t already purchased a Groupon for a Keratin treatment, I would have hung up. Finally someone else picked up and I booked the appointment. I’ve passed the salon hundreds of times, but had never been in. I was shocked at how outdated and dirty it looked. I decided that I didn’t trust this place to put chemicals on my head, apologized for the late notice, and left. Groupon gave me my money back. I know you can’t always judge a book by its cover, but I just didn’t get a good vibe about this place.
