If i could rate this negative stars i would, heres my story
At the Lumberton Location, i visited february 22^nd 2016. My father ordered the fish meal and it comes with a side salad. He is alergic to lettuce so we asked if he can substitute fries ($ 1.89), tots ($ 2.09), Okra ($ 2.29), mixed veggies ($ 2.39) or the onion rings ($ 2.59) instead of the side salad which is more expensive ($ 2.69) than either of the other items we asked to substitute for. The manager said she cant but can give him an extra piece of toast. I pointed out that she can only subsitute a $ 0.10 piece of toast for a $ 2.69 side salad and she clarified it was actually a $ 0.60 piece of toast. I did not appreciate not only what happened but how the manager handled the situation. It was very unbecoming of a manager and representation of your establishment. My father is a verteran and im active duty military home on leave and this isnt how i expected to be treated.

The customer service was very lacking. We ordered our meal to go, paid a hefty price, and expected quality service. After waiting a long period of time, my husband had to go check on our meal and it was just sitting there waiting to be bagged up. The girl at the counter was using her cell phone, so the manager came out to bag it up. My daughter had gone up to get the utensils and they told her they would bag them up. Needless to say, when we got home, our food was cold and there was no silverware. Also my order was incorrect. We will not be going back and will frequent other more friendly restaurants in Lumberton.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. For months now, I’ve been getting an empty cup from the cashier and filling it up with water from the bathroom, since they do NOT have a water tap available with their soft drink dispenser. I was told today that that was against policy and they could sell me an empty styrofoam cup for $.99 in order to go fill it myself in their bathroom.
In my entire life, I’ve only had a couple of restaurants charge me $.25 or so for a cup of water. I’m not paying $.99 for an EMPTY cup that I have to go to the bathroom to fill up.
For the first time in a restaurant I ate without a drink. That experience will not be duplicated. I won’t be back. I’ll go to Novrozsky’s the next time I want a burger in Lumberton.

We need more places like this in Lumberton! The food is always good. Love their burgers! And the people who work there are very friendly.

Great burgers and awesome service! I love everything about this place. The chicken salad and wraps are also delicious. We ordered a large order for pick up and it was all ready fast and the order was correct. Can’t wait to go back

Good burgers, great fried pickles… You have to try it!

A great burger restaurant, with lots of extras! Not only can you get a hot, fresh, juicy burger, made almost any way you want it, they also have fish burgers/​wraps, chicken wraps/​sandwiches and steak finger baskets, fried pickles, fantastic onion rings and of course, fries. Fries? Yep. Cheese fries, bacon cheddar fries and chili cheese fries. You can choose from shredded cheddar or hot cheese sauce. Lots to choose from as far as drinks too. The wait is never long, and food is always hot and delicious. You can’t go wrong at this place!
