Sunday morning brunch is great! Biscuits and gravy with home fries was awesome! The staff went above and beyond taking care of us. Thanks Stephen and Nicole.

The bourbon meatballs were my absolute favourite! Delicious and I wanted more when they were gone! Stephen is also amazing; so of course the service was fantastic! The orange mule iceball was my drink of choice and I loved everything about the drink because the iceball idea is FANTASTIC! My boyfriend(Austin) and I shared the short ribs, chicken, and the lamb-chop and all of it was excellent – five star. The rest of the family all enjoyed their meals(stuffed zucchini and duck) and were happy with full bellies by the end of the night! Awesome staff and fun! We will be joining in for brunch SOON

Come for the cocktails but skip the food. We came here last weekend after being told by several friends that I would like the drinks. They were absolutely right that the drinks were great. I had the Orange Mule, one of their iceball cocktails. It was innovative and well made. As for the food, well, I now know why it hadn’t been the reason for the recommendation. I had the duck and while it looked pretty it was rubbery and chewy. The fat wasn’t properly cooked on it leaving it with a very inconsistent texture throughout. My wife had pork«loin». I put the«loin» in quotation marks because it was just a regular pork chop. It was over cooked and dry. When they brought it out I was confused because the menu clearly says pork loin and that wasn’t what she got. Very disappointing. The food prices were another issue. They would have been right on the money if the duck was properly cooked and we actually received a pork loin instead of a regular chop, but we didn’t. It seemed that we were paying a high price for what they imagine their menu to be instead of what it actually is. After our experience we talked to other friends that had eaten there. Everyone seemed to have a similar experience with the food. Another issue was the service. We were here early in the evening and were only one of a handful me of tables, yet our server seemed as if he couldn’t wait to get rid of us. At a restaurant where ‘m paying $ 25 – 30 per entrée at least be pleasant. I will be open to drinking here again but I highly doubt I will eat dinner here again. If they don’t figure out their food issues they will simply become a neat bar you stop at on the way to much better restaurants.

Well, it was a good attempt at a fresh new place. The restaurant itself is very nice. However the food and drink leave something to be desired. Average food at best at a above average price.($ 60 for lunch … One drink, two lunches, and an appetizer) The most disappointing thing was my Mint Julep. It was literally a one finger pour of Bulleit, an ice ball which melted incredibly fast, and a tiny sprig of mint(note no muddled mint). For having the word cocktails in your name one would assume they do a great, simple cocktail. I’m glad we tried this place out, but we won’t be back.

The Ruben Sliders were excellent. I also had the Ginger Pom cocktail — excellent as well.

Great food and very interesting recipes. We had the BLT wraps for appetizer. They were awesome! The Salmon Burger is amazing. Give this place a try. It will be worth your time.

Extremely limited menu. The food is over priced and under flavored. The drinks were okay but not worth the money. I had high hopes and really wanted to like it but will probably will never be back.

Great idea — Missed the mark. I had high hopes for this place! It was my wife and I’s weekly date night and the initial look of the restaurant is great. Edison bulbs, slightly more modern vibe, pleasantly isolated booths in the middle of the room, accented by a bar with a modern tile backsplash and nice marble countertop. The art deco on the wall, however, seemed to allude to some of the ways this places just missed it. There appeared to be printed pictures from what can only be described as an angsty, college dorm room on the wall. Overly filtered pictures of chains, and random cityscapes framed by cheap black, thin plastic. This, I could get over. Cue waiter. Our waiter approached our table and immediately seemed completely disinterested. Their cocktail drink menu seemed to be a big focus there and when I had remarked to the waiter about having tried my hand at the New York Sour before and how I really liked it, asking his thoughts on others, he merely shrugged, remarking that they were all pretty good, and walked away. I ordered the Whiskey Smash, which involves Makers, mint leaves, ginger, and pomegranate purée, I believe, with a round ice ball. This cocktail was $ 13, mind you, but I consider myself a bit of a whiskey cocktail connoisseur and was looking forward to the experience. Much to my chagrin, what I got was a visibly sticky glass that stuck to the table cloth and my hand from the syrup that was all over it, and barely even a finger of whiskey. Which, I will give them that quantity is not the goal for high end cocktails, however, this drink wasn’t even close to a high end cocktail, and definitely not worth the $ 13 I payed to deposit sticky residue on everything it touched. I will say, however, the glass of wine my wife had was great, but nothing out of the ordinary for a $ 7 glass of wine, so no real complaints there. Once we had decided what we would order to eat, our waiter asked if we were ready. My wife ordered the baked short ribs and the waiter kinda looked at her as if to say, are you sure you want that? I ordered the shrimp and grits and when the waiter gave me the same look, seeming even more disenchanted with my order, I explained that I was trying to decide between the chicken cordon bleu and the shrimp and grits and he very uninterestedly mentioned the the cordon bleu would be better. Keep in mind, each of these dishes were $ 24 entrees. With that price, you would at least expect somewhat of an attempt at presentation, or at the bare minimum, quality food. We received neither. The chicken was dry and the food wasn’t even very warm. The green beans had no flavor and the one redeeming part of the plate was the slice of baked potato with bacon and sour cream, however, it all looked as if it had been carelessly dumped in an effort to merely dispense of the food. My wife’s baked short rib plate resembled a Salisbury steak meal with the same dried out, flavorless green beans. Our waiter, who was about as disengaged as could be throughout the meal, then brought us our check and set the piece of white paper on the table, almost as if to symbolically represent our surrender to this vastly underwhelming experience.(To the tune of $ 80, mind you) Overall, this seems like it could be such a great spot, with elements that hint at rugged, hipster Austin cocktail bar meets modern chic, however the underwhelming delivery of both product and presentation gives way to a harsh amount of cafeteria style light in the room, highlighting overpriced, cafeteria style gourmet food, matched by waiter interest likened to cafeteria style workers. Hopefully there will be some drastic changes made to the look, product, and service of this establishment, because it could be so great!

I was there for lunch. The place looks very nice with nice touches, though the booths feel a little tight. The meatball appetizer is good and the other food we ordered(salmon burger, Mediterranean Quesadilla, Ruben Sliders) were ok, but not as special or creative as I’d hoped. The overall menu is not as creative or impressive as any of us wished for and it was very limited. Overall, it was good, but not enough to regularly tempt me to patronize timeless.

We went here twice during graduation weekend and loved the drinks! This is a new restaurant, but the wait staff was very friendly and helpful in making suggestions. Please go here and try one of their Iceball Cocktails they are fun and different esp for Lubbock. PS I also here brunch is great.

Went for drinks on a date night and the drinks are fabulous! Service was great and the wait staff was very friendly. We looked at the menus and it made us wish we hadn’t eaten already. We will definitely be back! Keep up the good work. The only thing I would change is to lower the lights a little for the atmosphere.

Went for lunch today and had the Rueben Sliders. Taste was good but the whole concept of what goes into a Rueben is a bit difficult to manage on a tiny slider. The sweet potato fries were delicious and by far the best thing me and my friend had! I also tried a cocktail just to see what the bar was like. It was good but a bit overpriced in my opinion. Would definitely come back, if even just for the fries!
