Had to wait three weeks for my appointment after being rescheduled 3 – 4 times to have the windshield of my 2015 Expedition replaced. The shop opens at 8 my appointment was at 10:30. Safelite didn’t realize or inform me that the glass was STILL not in stock until 10:50. This was a horrible experience. The clerk offered no alternate solution. I needed the glass replaced before the holidays. In the three weeks I was waiting, I could have had a more reliable shop in town do the replacement.

Someone smashed the rear glass of my daughters car. I called Safelite 800 number and she made an appointment here. Offered to wrap the window and clean glass up. Before she even got there to do that they called and said the glass was in and they replaced it right then. This was all done within hours of initial call. Very impressed with everyone. They made this easy.
