I’m from El Paso and cant stand not having Freddys in my home town. It started in San Antonio then to Tucson, then to Chandler, Scottsdale, Globe and to Lubbock. I’ve begged Freddys corp office for years to put a handful in El Paso or even one and no luck. Freddys are by far the best burgers. Love the triple. The service at all so far has been awesome. The staff will come by and refill the drinks and take you trash away.

We come here for a turtle Sunday all the time probably three times a week and it seems like they’re different every single time I hate that! It’s yogurt not that complicated!

We came here for a late lunch and purchased a grilled chicken, steak burger and large fry. The burger was great, fresh and hot. The chicken was hot but a bit chewy. The fries were hot fresh but extremely skimpy for the price. Please see attached picture.

Cold burger. Don’t bother with this location. Instead, go to the one on West 19th by Gene Messer Toyota. The food on 19th, and the service, is much better in my experiences.

I love Freddy’s. It is my favorite fast food burger in town. Their service is fast and polite. I always get the double steak burger with cheese, sometimes bacon and sometimes not. It is great without the bacon, but let’s get real, sometimes I need bacon. Their combos come with a drink and their shoe string fries. They have a fry sauce dispenser next to the drink station. The fry sauce is kind of like a seasoned ranch with a creamy texture. You can order a pint to go for cheaper than getting to small servings in house. My husband and I order our custard with our food and then you can go up to the counted after your meal and claim your custard so it doesn’t melt during your meal. I like the to go custard better than the in house due to the firmness of the to go custard. The in house is a lot more creamy and not firm. I am more if a freezing cold and firm custard kind of gal. Good place for the whole family on a budget and in a hurry.

For a fast food place I was surprised that the quality of the food was so good. I ordered the hot dog with mustard and relish and their famous fries and I was not disappointed. It was a great lunch, the line moved a little too slow for my liking but overall it was well worth the stop. The price was surprisingly low, I paid less than six dollars for my hotdog, fries, and my drink. 10⁄2 update: still good but very slow service, they stopped answering the window when a homecoming crowd arrived in the restaurant!

Freddy’s is so much better than Steak & Shake. Consistently delicious fries and burgers, and great custard. If you are so inclined, you can order your custard«on hold» so they wait to make it until you’re done eating. You can just saunter on up when you’re done eating and skip the line to grab your frozen deliciousness. It’s a good, solid, place to eat.

They have a veggie burger! Their fries are my favorite. They are skinny but crispy. And they are topped with a magical seasoned salt. All the ice cream treats are fantastic, too. The wait in the drive through is a little long but I don’t mind because I know my food is being made fresh.

Freddies burgers and milkshakes are the best the fries all man I’m glad they’re building one closer to the house on West 19th Street so I can’t wait to go try it out

Absolutely Amazing! I was so tired of the«same ‘ol same’ol» burgers. Decided last minute to try this place out and I’m so glad I did! Definitely my new favorite fast food burger spot!

Love the food and service. Only critique is the price of the food. Otherwise it’s the bomb.

Super thin burgers quiet literally cooked to a crisp no flavor. French fries are do thin they chill down by the time they get to your table. Chili and cheese is the same as 7⁄11. They have canes sauce with less flavor. Just avoid its not bad service or a bad experience its a bad product

Not impressed. The patties are so thin they are burnt to a crisp. I like thin patties but still want them to taste like meat. Fries were as thin as the patties and just taste like grease strips. The ice cream wasn’t bad which rated the 2 stars. Custard is not as good as Sheridan’s Frozen Custard. Been there 3 times because I thought it was a bad night but each time was just as bad. Won’t be going back.

Awesome burgers. Thin patties and shoe string fries. It’s a lot like steak n shake, but way better and more flavor. Doubles are just the right size since thin patties. Will defiantly go back when I want a burger

Such tasty custard! Perfect for a hot and dry Lubbock day. I don’t come for the burgers, I come for the waffle cone with half and half frozen nectar of the supremes. It’s the best that I’ve had in Lubbock. The food is okay, but don’t get it to go. It only tastes good when it’s hot and fresh, and letting it sit for any amount of time will bring it down 2 stars.

I went to pick my car up in Lubbock while I had an appetite for burgers and so I went down Milwaukee and found Freddy’s! I can honestly say their burger meat is thin however I ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon, and this burger is awesome! Its fully cooked, made fresh to order and by far the best tasting steak-burger in my book. Add some shoestring type fries perfectly salted and some Fry sauce and it makes for a very satisfying meal. Also ordered a smore’s concrete frozen custard, it has fudge, ice cream, graham crust, whip topping and a graham cracker to make it complete and it made for a perfect ending to this meal! I will definitely come back again upon visiting Lubbock. P. S If you enjoy onion rings, Freddy’s has some of the BEST!

These burgers could evacuate the building, cause they the bomb! Fries are thin and crispy, and kinda hard to eat while driving :(. That Freddy sauce is super good, and I would say it rivals Raising Canes secrete sauce, but it is kinda embarrassing to order :/

The patties are thin, porous, crispy, and salty. Their burgers didn’t impress me. They were a tad salty. If you like thick burgers, then you wont like the burgers here. The shakes are a different story! I had the chocolate shake and its thick, chocolately, and made with real ice cream. They give you an extra fat straw to suck up the goodness. The chillicheese fries are pretty good too. A HUGE(seriously huge) order is only $ 1.80. The milkshake was only $ 1.80 as well.

The food was amazing. I had a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was delicious. The patties are thin, so they are kinda crispy. The burger and everything was cooked perfectly. The fries are shoestring type fries, so they are thin and crispy with a good amount of salt. I highly recommend Freddy’s Fry Sauce. The service was very friendly and the store was clean. The prices were very reasonable. My meal with a large drink was just under $ 10. Overall, a great start to this new location. I will definitely go back again.
