Slowest dominos in town. I made a simple order: 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for carry out. Went into the store a couple minutes after their tracker app claimed they were done, but they looked confused when i asked for my order, as if they hadn’t ever received the order. I was told to wait another 5 minutes. Then another 5 minutes. They finally had the pizzas ready after 40 minutes. It was a Sunday evening, and they clearly weren’t very busy, or very concerned that they didn’t have my order made. Don’t order here unless you are willing to wait at least an hour.

Always comes in clutch at 1am when you’re blazed and hungry af. Ate a whole pepperoni pizza and I felt disgusted with myself. The medium 2 topping for 5.99 makes the shame of eating a whole pizza justifiable. Will make poor life choices here again!

Talk about poor service. Could not deliver to major hospital in town unless they had exact address. Then wait time was going to be one to one and a half hour wait. I just order Jimmy John’s instead. Dominos pizza phone order sucks.

This is hands down the best location in Lubbock. They are fast, and use more toppings than the other locations. I drive past another Dominos to instead visit this one. It’s that much better!

Why would I rate a place who delivered an incorrect order to us 5 stars? Because they fixed it like rock stars! They accidentally brought us someone’s chicken. Instead of one of our pizzas! (We ordered big… teenagers, you know) I called and they had already figured it out, had our pizza in the oven and were preparing to call us! How fantastic is that? Mistakes happen, but it is rare a business takes the initiative to fix it so quickly and without prompting from the customer. We had our pizza in hand in about 20 minutes. The pizzas are good, but their service tonight was phenomenal. Thanks 4th Street crew y’all rock!

Helped a brother out with asking a girl to formal by writing «formal» on my pizza after Pizza Hut had refused. Really appreciated the service and the pizza was as good as ever!
