Update!
Within 24 hours Mike from Denver Mattress got back with us and fixed our situation entirely. I definitely had to update my review to 5 stars. While mistakes were made at the store level the corporate level is extremely competent. After this experience I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and I would recommend them if asked.
Mistakes happen but the promptness of a response and commitment to correcting the issue make this a company I respect and would use again.
