The Park Apartments

First off the rent is very affordable. I also liked the maintenance workers. You definitely get what you pay for from a quality standpoint. I had a 2 bedroom flat, it was all very white, literally everything. Even door handles were painted white. We had new carpet, but the linoleum was yellow from age. The yard workers were very careless (3^rd party company hired by mcdougal), they cut up two of my garden hoses with their mowers. The office staff is awful. They were not helpful at all. More then one time my rent was accidentally doubled on my payment. Also my water was constantly being cut off because they were working on the sprinkler system, they would never give us a notice. When we finally got to move out, it took them 3 months to get them to send me back my deposit, and when I finally got it after multiple phone conversations it came on a Visa card. Overall it was a terrible experience and will never suggest them to anyone. (Not unless you want crackheads knocking on your door at 4am, which happend, TWICE)
