Buffalo Wild Wings

I am appalled at the treatment my brother, who is a medically retired veteran, and his family received at this restaurant yesterday evening. Not only was the waitress rude to his family but also his rights were violated. This kind of service needs to not only be swiftly taken care of but also shared with others. The treatment he and his family had to deal with at this location was is not only inappropriate but also extremely disappointing. I expect more for our men and women who have risked their lives for our freedom and cannot believe that in this day and age there is people who would do this and managers that would allow such treatment to happen. Dear BWW waitress,
If you ever see an individual with a medical service dog, please do NOT ask them if they are blind, if you do and they respond no, please do not follow that up with, «well what is wrong with you then.» Further, do NOT follow that assine question up with, «well how did you get hurt?» If you do happen to ask these intrusive questions, please make sure that you are not working; otherwise you might need a refresher course in the ADA!

Terrible food and terrible customer service. Place was filthy. Over priced and the waitress was sneaky and a snake. Why would a waitress pretend the chicken wings comes with a side and NEVER told us it was separate and charged us? !! Totally dishonest waitress. They screwed up our order then forgot our napkins & forks. The cheese fries /​chips were over $ 4. She definitely did not receive a tip from us.

My goodness!!! What a horrible smelly place. Did someone vomit in here the night before? Sure smells like it. I stayed for one beer then had to leave. Either the noses of the employees have been de-​sensitized or their afraid to speak up and risk losing their job.

I had dinner here and it was very enjoyable. The food was prepared very well and my waiter (I think his name was Ransom) was very inviting and professional.

Our order of large traditional wings had exactly 1 ½ drummets, not even close to the ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ we expected and get at other locations. Perhaps the cook is saving them for his friends.

Now this review is based on a place to watch UFC fights and a little food so I start with this place was crowded but not over crowded where you can’t get a seat found a seat right away ordered wings they came out fast and fresh overall I was please with service and food price is kind of high for wings but other then that it was a great place to watch the fights.

Host had a toothpick in his mouth when we came in. Table was dirty, we cleaned it ourselves. Floor under the table was caked with the last guest’s meal, and the were serving food to the tables in to-​go containers. Very disappointed.

Courtney is the best! She is a good server and a friendly person. Tip her a lot because she’s in college!!!

I have been to this location multiple times, the service never seems to get better. They always seem to be understaffed. Food usually has sat under the warmer for a while before they bring it out to you. Waitress spilled a beer on me on one of our visits, didn’t offer to comp my order or a drink or anything. Handed me a rag to clean it up. I also don’t really agree with a restaurant that serves wings charging extra for ranch dressing. If you want good wings, go to WingStop.

Avoid this place at all costs after 10 at night. The girls won’t even acknowledge you at all. It’s not my fault you hate your job. Happy hour, though, has always been a good experience with cold beer and good wings, albeit SLOW SERVICE. They do have a habit of just leaving food on the window. Yes, even when the entire table’s food is already ready at the same time. Don’t believe me? Pick a spot to where you can see the kitchen window and observe.

Slow and filthy. Nothing like being ignored by waitstaff! Oh, and don’t walk out back… nasty.

Id have to agree with all the other reviews – Service is so slow and rude! Our waitress was terrible. Spilled beer on my friends foot and didn’t even apologize. The food came out cold. My friends wings were uneatible We waited for our food for 45 minutes and 30 minutes for our checks before we gave up. She never came back after rudely delivering our food so We had to go ask at the bar for our checks. She was more worried about waiting on the table with guys. Its a pitty too. Its a fun bar atmosphere and its open late but I will never come back!

The quality of this location seems to have declined. Last time I was there part of the room was visibly filthy, trash strewn under overturned tables. Part of our party wanted to play trivia (NTN), but they were short on the boxes for that. Food was tasty, but slow to arrive. Still was fun, but I’ve seen better.

BWW is our favorite restaurant. However, this location is one of the worst we’ve been to. The food is good but the service is extremely slow.

Obsessed with this place. Sports, beer, wings and babes. What more do you need?

Bad service. Waited 20 minutes before we saw a server and left after another 20 minutes without receiving our drinks. Needs new management in a major way.

I love BWW and this location had good food but the layout and atmosphere was off. It was too quiet for a BWW. It felt more like a family sit down restaurant than the typical, loud, sports playing BWW.
The food was as to be expected. If you know how to order, it can be very good. I always ask for mine to be extra crispy (or double dipped), mix either the Mild and Spicy Garlic or the Hot and Spicy Garlic sauces together (depends on how hot I want it that day) and finally I ask for the sauce to be «on the side».
I do that because there have been to many times that there were not enough sauce on my wings. That way I can put as much as I want! Ordering Extra crispy assures that it doesn’t come out to fatty and soft.
Try it that way and it should be pretty hard to screw it up. haha.

I had really great service from a server named Becca. The bartender seemed a little surly, that’s the only reason for there not being 5 stars. Would highly recommend this place! FYI, no smoking in the bar, but a great patio during nice weather

horrible service, overpriced domestic beers, and usually cold food served to you.
There are seriously some decent sauce flavors but the execution of the kitchen is just terrrible. It shouldn’t be hard to manage a kitchen that reheats/​fries frozen portions. BWW is just spread too thin as a chain to focus on improving its stores it already has open
Every time I used to go I told myself it would be better and finally just stopped going as to not be dissappointed.

The Good:
This location has both an indoor and outdoor seating area big enough to house many patrons. The patio area has both a screened in area for parties as well as an open area for those that want to catch a breeze. Inside the are is divided by a glass wall for smoking and nonsmoking. The waitstaff is numerous and was quick to refill our drinks.
The Bad:
Crowds on game night can get a little rowdy but that’s to be expected. Service was still great inside but sometimes outside it was difficult to find a server.
Last Impression:
This is a great new may for BWW to layout their new stores and is a great benefit to the customer. I would encourage anyone to go there any day of the week.
