Seriously the worst place ever!!! Every time I have to go to the store I hate it. My last visit was the worst yet!!! The guy that helped me the other day was named JOSE. He was the rudest most sarcastic dude ever. Wasn’t at all interested in helping me. He was so rude and disregarding to me that I actually cried when I got in my car. I couldn’t believe how I was treated. If you go to this store ask for help from Brent. NOTJOSE!!!

Today I go into the AT&T store because I needed to reset the 4-digit code. All of this to get assistance over the phone. So I go in and she tells me the wait is at least 30 minutes. So I wait. I even tell her as she’s making notes about why I was there. So when my name is called I go speak with the girl helping me. She never asks me if this is for a cell bill or U-verse she just assumes it’s for a phone. She then proceeds to tell me that she can’t help me without an account number. And that was all no offers for any other help just am «I’m sorry I can’t help you». I will be more than happy to ditch our service with AT&T.

Most people cringe whenever they have to visit a phone carrier because the waits are tedious and the staff is generally not helpful. With my few experiences at this AT&T, they are not the typical store. The staff always seems like they genuinely want to help and the waits are not too bad. Though they tried, they were not able to answer my concerns without having to wait on the same 1 – 800 number I had tried calling.
