I have had Verizon every since they took over my service from Alltel. I could count on one hand the number of times that I have been in this store. In the past, I have always received great service. Last week my phone started acting up so I took it in. The lady that helped me that day(I wish I had got her name) was very helpful and had a new phone mailed to my house in a couple of days. Today, however, I had the unfortunate experience of being«helped» by a girl named Klaryssa. And I use the term«helped» very loosely. I don’t know if she had a bad weekend, or if she hates her job, or if she just should not be in customer service. Either way she was rude and unfriendly.

Beside being unhappy with my recent months charges, and spending too much for a coverage not as good as at&t/cricket at almost triple of what i paid elsewhere.. i sadly regret my decision to try verizon… My review for the store is one star simply because the wait time for a simple question exceeded 30 minutes.. i wanted to look into an upgrade having recently paid off my Droid turbo(500+) $$ a they only offered 180 to trade in. 1 Facebook video or youtube i burned through my 10g of allotted data. No help on saving me any money, and a couple thousand down the drain in a few short months. My work requires me travel all over Texas and beyond, and sadly EVEN tmobile held better coverage. Needless to say, Sprint offered a much lower rate, $ 200 for my Verizon phone, a free year to Amazon prime, «not as fast as Verizon: but better Texas coverage, with unlimited, yes unlimited data @ less than ½ of my Verizon bill.

I worked with Walker to get my service. He was knowledgeable and patient. Answered my questions and didn’t make me feel I was being a pest or pain. Yes, there was some waiting, but any cell service has that. I don’t know about the other employees, but I will definitely come back in if Walker is working. Thanks!
