Worst customer service experience! I called to order a pizza for pick up and the lady on the phone sounded miserable and aggravated. When I went to pick up the pizza, The guy behind the counter was chewing food and didn’t even have the courtesy to hand me back my debit card after I handed it to him. He looked me in the eye and then proceeded to slam my card down on the counter. He did the same thing with the receipt and pen. Very rude!!! So I took the reciept, signed it, and left it so he would have to reach over and take it. I then walked out with my pizza never to return there again. Maybe it was a race thing??? maybe not???

Good pizza friendly staff parking is not the best option but overall a very good pizza place. We normally get one or two pizzas for takeout I have not utilized the dine in experience for a long time. With a nice food selection and plenty of drinks available for takeout I would say if you haven’t been here it’s definitely worth a try.

Great subs, salads and french fries. I don’t love the pizza but I don’t go there for pizza anyways. House salad dressing is the best, love a grilled chicken house salad. I even dip my fries in the dressing. My favorite is the chicken Caesar salad wrap which they now have listed on their menu! Before I would just order it and they always made it for me. Sometimes difficult to place phone orders depending who you speak with but I know that’s just because they are so busy.

Horrible customer service and mediocre food. I work close to milan’s and we have ordered delivery from them frequently, today I tried to order a simple meal off their menu and first I was greeted by a rude a pushy employee on the phone who argued with my order request even though I was reading the meal right off there current menu. She finally said she understood and completed my phone order for delivery. When the food was delivered I was swamped with work so I couldn’t even check it until at least 15 minutes later. Needless to say it was wrong. So I called and spoke with the same rude woman who argued with me again. I asked to speak with the manager or someone who at least knew their own menu. The manager also argued with me and agreed to send someone back out with my correct order. When that arrived, it was wrong again. I guess it’s not a surprise that I will not be ordering from milan’s ever again and I wouldn’t recommend you do either.

The WORST customer service. To save you all from a long story, their menu states GRILLED BEEF KABOBS … With peppers and onions. Apparently no one knows that their grilled beef kabobs come with peppers and onions. The older lady that takes the orders over the phone was extremely rude and when we got ahold of the manager he argued as well. We specified we did not want the ‘meal’ which includes rice bread and butter. We just wanted the grilled kabobs with peppers and onions. We got a side of steak tips– no peppers and onions. When we called to have the order corrected after about 10 minutes of solid arguing with the lady at the front and the manager they told us they would correct the order and deliver it out. Well all they brought was a side of peppers and onions.
I work in the area and we give them a great deal of business… That will no longer happen. I’d much rather have to go pick up my lunch than order from Milans with delivery service and have to deal with their terrible customer service.

They have the best wings ever. I’ve tried many places but nothing like there’s a must try

Simple, dependable, and great value here. Milan’s is our favorite neighborhood sub shop, and we love the place.
It is a sub shop, and the food is very consistent and good at great prices. They always greet us with a smile and have outstanding customer service– it’s clear that many people are treated like near-​family by the team there.

I used to love this place but the customer service has really gone down the tubes. Awesome manager but when he’s not around I just dread talking to the girls up front. The food is the only thing that keeps me coming back. Deff recommend the spaghetti with cheese and meatballs & chicken caesar wrap.

Don’t bother ordering delivery unless you’re in the hospital or work for a business in the area. They just lost $ 30.

Family owned, very busy, and tasty pizza. Chicken supreme… hot, dripping cheese, chicken, and a little bit of ham. Note to self: enjoy in moderation. I give my self permission for a treat of Milan pizza at least every once in awhile!

It might just be because I live walking distance but they make my perfect chicken parm sub. Its never anything other than perfect. Their steak tips and steak and cheeses are amazing as well. Free soda and chips with a sub or small pizza on weekdays is another fun fact. No doubt my favorite sub shop in Lowell. The staff there is great and always friendly (they always say «Hi Wally, the usual??»)
Also, they cater/​deliver to local businesses which is nice if you work locally and want to get your Milan on.
