I think they really want you to keep coming back over and over and over again. They greet you with a SM and they check loud and clear before they fill the cup. Excellent number of varieties of donuts, bagels, sandwiches. I L turkey sausage mmmmmmmm
Location Location Location is Perfect. Not much else around except a hotel, drive thru and dining room are top notch.
The best DD in N Lowell. I also recommend Drum Hill Rd! Peace!

Ice lattes 1.99 each there were 2 of us at that asked why I was charged almost 6 bucks for 2, the kid said could only do it for 1.99 for 1, I said that’s funny and the first time I was told that for past three months. more than half the time they don’t get the order right anyway and the morning shift service is terrible and a bit rude.

One of my favorite places to go in the late morning, early afternoon for coffee and breakfast.
Usually I go there with a group of friends Bill, George, Eli, Arthur, Gene, Ray for coffee and a place just to hang out.
I usually order a hot medium coffee, to eat either a plain bagel or warm chocolate chip muffin. Food and beverages taste fresh and very good.
One staff member who works very hard there and is very nice and pleasant is Tony. I see Tony treating the customers very well and always works very hard and keeps this Dunkin Donuts operating excellent and well cleaned.

On 8÷31÷14, my girlfriend and I went through the drive through at 515 Pawtucket Blvd in Lowell. There was a large banner outside by the drive through that stated that medium lattes were $ 1.99 after 12 noon, which we thought was a great deal. We were charged full price. When I went in to ask why, I was told that the promotion started tomorrow (9÷1÷14). I went back out to look at the banner, and there was no date on it. When I went back in to confirm that, they said that they put it up early but still refused to honor the price. If the promotion is not available, then the giant banner stating the promotion should be taken down. What makes me the most angry is not that they wouldn’t give me the difference back on my card, its that the managers on duty truly didn’t seem to care that it was misleading, and seemed shocked that I was getting angry about it. The cashier apologized profusely, which was nice of him, but the two managers did not seem to care at all. Any other store would have made amends then and there, this one treated me like I was a nuisance. Don’t think I’ll stop here again.

Darn! I love Dunkin, but just came for a hot chocolate (I mean it’s raining, what better time for a hot chocolate), only to be told they just cleaned the machine and don’t have any hot chocolate? Not sure what the two have to do with each other, but I left empty handed. Not good and disappointed cause I only come home so many times a year, we don’t have Dunkin where I moved (San Diego)! Good thing there’s another Dunkin right across the bridge!

Without a doubt, the worst Dunkin Donuts in Lowell.
Although it is the closest DD to my home, I will gladly drive over the bridge and visit another because this one is dreadful.
Slow, slow drive thru, getting the wrong order, attitude, cold food, you name it, this DD has it.
Finally have had enough and will never be back. Truly pitiful.

Horrible. Service, food, bathroom (mens). The egg sandwich on english muffin was gross (egg was pressed and pancake shaped). Ham was hardly any and the «grocked» hashbrowns wet (ie greasy) under cooked. They dont call the number when order ready. Just threw on counter and chatted with each other. Place is ghetto.

This is probably the 2^nd worst dunks in Lowell and sadly I’ve been here way too many times to count. The reason being my mother lives next door and it’s just easy. It’s rare that they don’t have a hard time getting my order right for a simple coffee. They certaintly can’t handle a two coffee order if their life depended on it. Why is it so hard to get black coffee… without cream! BLACK!!! It’s not hard to understand. Ugh…

–1 Star for poor drive through, undercooked hashbrowns, AND discontinuing the chocolate chip muffin.
I am sure its not their fault they stopped carrying the most glorious muffin of all… but they could have told me that when i was ordering instead of handing my bag to me muffinless. I didn’t have time to order a substitute bagel, or donut, i thought the muffin was a go.
So really, a poor service situation on their part and when there 5 dunks within a mile of your house, service really counts.
