Dunkin’ Donuts

Since when is this dunkins closed at 7:30 on a Wednesday night? Every time I go here they’re out of everything! No bagels, small selection of donuts which are always stale, coincidental that their coolata machine is ALWAYS down when I go here as well. This place is going down hill, it wasn’t like this a few years ago.

The absolute worst Dunkin Donuts ever. It’s such a shame because they get my coffee perfect every time but I can no longer stand the attitudes of the rude employees and the unprofessional manager. I stood in line waiting to order and the woman behind the counter walks out and takes the order of the customer behind me. Confused, I wondered why she skipped over me since I was not helped yet so I proceeded to give my order anyways only to get screamed at: «I WASN’T TALKING TO YOU!» Tell me is it ever okay, under any circumstances to scream at a customer’s face? Try learning a thing or two about customer service. It’s not worth it, I try not to go here and I’m a student as well. Employees here are always miserable. I’ve had a stressful day of classes enough, not looking forward to getting yelled at when I’m simply getting a coffee.

My preferred drink is usually a Medium Iced Latte w/​Skim & 2 Splenda. Technically this is a Latte ‘Lite’, but I always getter better results when I ask for the specifics. Most of the people who come here are UML students, getting a coffee before or in-​between classes. Even if you see a long line– it moves quickly– despite the seemingly random order of tasks happening behind the counter. I’ve rarely had to wait longer than 5min from door to drink in hand. There’s a small parking lot but parking can be a challenge. There are quite a few tables and I don’t think I’ve ever seen them all full or all empty, most people grab & go, but there are usually a few people hanging out reading or talking on their cell.

Finally, a coffee shop on campus! On the corner of riverside and university, once site of gagnon hardware. The whole building has been redone with a new DD on the first floor. Fairly clean and well staffed, everything ordered has been up to standard. Little bit of a college hangout. Limited parking off riverside, busy intersection during the day (cars and people)
