My boyfriend ordered me a Cesar salad w/chicken from here before and I loved it! I knew I had to order it one more time. Just last night I ordered it again along with a steak tip dinner for my super picky eater step son and some chicken fingers for my other extremely picky eater step son and they end up devouring the dishes which is way more than I can ask for. My salad was fantastic yet again. The spot its not so big and as soon as I walked in everyone that worked in the establishment acknowledge me which is amazing. The lady behind the counter forgot to give me my salad initially and when I came back she was so apologetic about her honest/simple mistake and even gave me a coupon for my next visit which is great. would most definitely come back.

Overpriced food, but decent. Ordered chicken fingers. I asked for some BBQ sauce and they wanted to charge me another dollar, asked for ketchup instead to get the same price! Wow.. Charge me 9 for some chicken fingers and don’t even give me any sauce. I’ll never come here.

Way over priced and crappy service. They didn’t make my food correctly, I asked for well done and got raw chicken instead. Then they refused to give me a refund. I brought the food to the restaurant to show that is was pink and slimy and asked to speak with the manager. Apparently there is never a manager or owner on duty. Oh I also saw the counter help cough then touch a sub to wrap it up. Disgusting. The board of healthy should be notified of this place.

Keep in mind as you read this review that I have used Unilocal for years to get restaurant reviews and have NEVER once posted a negative review until today! I have ordered from Broadway Pizza dozens of times, however, tonight I ordered a Steak Bomb pizza with extra steak for about $ 25(which isn’t cheap) and although it arrived quickly and the delivery person was great, the pizza was burnt to a crisp — literally blackened. When calling to complain about the fact the cheese and the toppings were burned, the person who answered the phone acted annoyed and indignant. He didn’t bother to offer an apology of any kind. He then proceeded to have a conversation with someone else in the restaurant and then told me that the shaved steak has a tendency to dry out when it is cooked. I then explained to him again that the pizza was burned and he reluctantly asked if I wanted another pizza made. When I said«yes, of course», he said that the driver would need to have the original pizza back which was fine with me. Still, nothing in the way of an apology. After getting off the phone, I was angered enough to decide to write my first Unilocal review. First of all if a pizza on your menu that costs well over $ 20 «dries out» when it’s cooked, than maybe you should rethink your menu. Secondly, if a customer calls telling you that the pizza they paid for was was burnt wouldn’t you the first thing you do is apologize? While stewing over the incredibly poor service I received, the replacement pizza arrived. Again the driver was great. However, once I opened the pizza, to my surprise, the pizza was even more burnt than before. I guess the staff at Broadway Pizza were not happy that I complained and even less happy with the fact that I asked why they did not bother to apologize and decided to take retribution by bringing a pizza that was even worse than the first. Broadway Pizza has received their last order from me. I will never again spend another dime in a restaurant that tolerates such poor quality and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. So beware if you have a complaint with the food you receive from Broadway Pizza as their method of dealing with customer dissatisfaction is to take retribution on the customer.

3 stars because they have more of an array of choices on their menu than the typical pizza joint, but they somehow mess up on the regular. I just got the chicken fajita pizza, which is pretty good, but they didn’t send the sour cream so it kinda ruins it. To be fair i never call back to have them resend because it’s always something small like sauce, pita bread etc. They always jip me one way or the other but the quality is pretty good.

Called to order a pizza and some fried mushrooms. Asked the sizes of the small and large pizzas and received an answer of «the small is 6 slices and the large is 8 slices.» Despite this sign of stupidity, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was told the food would take about 15 minutes. Arrive and after three minutes of waiting, am asked what order I am picking up. Despite giving my name and what I ordered, they claim they had nothing for me. Sorry, but after driving here I am not going to give you my business because you couldn’t handle putting my phone order into your system the first time.

Rude as hell, pizza was way too expensive for the quality. Don’t bother ordering from here if you’re a student, they’ll treat you like trash. Only reason the place gets two stars is because the fries were good.

Big fan of this place. Had food delivered, take out on several occasions. Didn’t disappoint me once. The kebabs, pizzas, subs — so far the ones I tried, all good!

I love this place! One of the best pizza places in Lowell. Great service, they’re very polite and attentive. Definitely worth a try! currently eating a delicious pizza.

Suggested by the hotel front desk. Menu has lots of options. Online ordering was great with constant updates on the status of your order. It was incredibly convenient. Portion size was huge. I got the teriyaki steak tips and rice. Very tasty. I didn’t take the salad and instead got onion rings but as with most fried food, I’m sure it’s better right out of the fryer. That said, still not bad and the steak tips and rice were very flavorful. Delivery was fast and order was accurate. I’d order again when delivery is necessary!

Broadway Pizza is my go-to for awesome subs and salads. Initially, I was hesitant to try this place because it seemed like any other random pizza/sub joint in Lowell. My gf [who can be fairly picky] swore by their salads, so one night while she was ordering, I had her get me a chili-chicken sub. OUTSTANDING. Most of their subs that I’ve tried have been fantastic. The steak tip sub was juicy and flavorful, while the fajita chicken and teriyaki chicken with onions and peppers were even better. I was very impressed by the flavors of the subs and the soft sub rolls they come in [as opposed to a stiff regular roll you expect from a place like this]. I can’t speak to their pizza as I’ve yet to try it, but their salads are also a dynamite choice, especially with chili-chicken and house dressing. It will satisfy even a meat-and-potato lover like myself. Good stuff, overall. I will try the pizza soon and see how that goes.

This is my favorite pizza place in lowell. I like the pizza, the dinners are great, and the subs are pretty good too. I got a call from them less than 5 minutes after I ordered asking to confirm my order because the cook recognized my usual order, and it was slightly different than normal. This is the only pizza place ive ever used that has had customer service that was this good.

We had a party and ordered a large cheese and large pepperoni. The pepperoni was WAYTOOSALTY, and the cheese was MEH. just OK. The crust was a bit too hard for my taste. In the future, I would just order cheese, but more likely, I would order from a better restaurant. I think it’s a great policy to require seeing your ID when you pay with your credit card. It at least helps to minimize that method of identity theft.

I visited this place because of a coupon I found in valupak mailing. I paid 2.99 for a small cheese pizza. I picked it up in 5 minutes after I ordered it an it was ready and hot. This pizza was okay, it was hot, an the crust was crunchy. It’s defiantly not a quality crust by any means, however quick hot pizza, it works. their werwe 6 cars parked waiting to deliver pizza, so their business model with coupons and many delivery drivers is pretty good. I give this place credit also for being very clan after I inspected the place compared to to other pizza shops. The sauce could use some work and a bit more on the pizza but for the coupon price it’s worth it. I wouldn’t buy a pizza at retail here, however it’s evident they are on volume and coupons are what keeps this place in business.

Quick and greasy with good coupons, they’re packed for delivery, believe they have 6 – 8 drivers, that tells you something right? Hit or miss for consistency but still it’s better than the competition for sure.

Since i’ve started working in lowell last september i’ve been to broadway pizza 6 or 7 times. it’s a small pizza joint near the north campus of umass lowell and can sit roughly 16 people inside. the first thing you’ll notice is how high the counter is, i’m guessing this is to deter people from jumping over and robbing them? the people behind the counter are on an elevated platform. it’s kind of weird. the food here is not good but it’s not bad. their pizza is on the better end of greek pizza(greek pizza is my personal LEAST favorite). their steak and cheeses and eggplant parms are both also mediocre. nothing to rave about, but it’s close to work and sometimes i’m just craving something fried and slapped on a toasted sub roll. today was a different story. i left my lunch at home and decided to treat some of the staff to a little food(mainly two college students who work there). we ordered a large pizza with half roni and half green peppers and a large fried eggplant. we also had a 2 dollar coup(it’s not really a coupon, every large pizza gets 2 bucks off as long as you mention it, but if you don’t mention it, no coupon). it came out to 16.44 and i tipped the driver 3 dollars. total of about 20 bucks for a large pizza and a fried eggplant. 20 bucks isn’t THAT much for a delivered large pizza and fried eggplant. but it is when you’re ordering from broadway pizza. when i first opened the box i realized how small the pizza was. this pizza would pass off as a medium dominos pizza. i’ve ordered pizza from there before(large pizza) and it was larger. i thought. that’s weird. maybe they gave me a medium so i looked at my receipt. it read: large pizza with TWO toppings, roni and peppers. (they charged me EXTRA for the 2nd topping even though it was only on HALF of the pizza) 2 dollars off fried eggplant. really? is that how they made up for the 2 dollar coup? by charging me extra for a topping? i could see if i got roni and green pepper pizza but i didn’t, it was half and half. being someone who when to college AND graduate school i’ve eaten my fair share of pizza and NEVER in my life has anyone done this. i highly suspect it had to do with the 2 dollar discount. needless to say, this is not the type of place i like to give my business. the pizza was sub par, the fried eggplant was fried in oil that was way overdue for a change and the sleazy charging methods are enough for me to never do business with this joint again.

Unilocalers, you need to get pickier about your pizzas. This is not great pizza. The crust is prefab. Prefab pizza crust should get no more than two stars — ever! We got the spinach and olive pizza. I’ll admit that this was one of the better prefab pizzas I’ve had in the area, but I don’t want prefab at all. Oh, we also got a couple pieces of baklava. Soggy and loaded with cinnamon. Ew. Not good. Where oh where in the Lowell area can I get a pizza with crust that was actually made in the pizza shop?

While I was all about the online ordering and the custom orders … i found they are wicked pricey. I’ve gotten the same sandwich from other places for about 4 dollars cheaper(and that’s delivered!). So in this recession economy be wise about your dollars! –1 star for overpriced!

I would agree that it’s a little on the pricey side for pizza. Nice crispy, flaky crust is almost pastry-like. The variety of menu items which can be delivered is simply staggering. Want a steak sandwich and cheese fries at 10pm, but don’t want to go out? Call Broadway. Be prepared to pay a delivery charge though. Ordering on the website is easier than calling it in, due to accents and language barriers, but the order is always accurate, and usually arrives within 20 minutes. Delivery men are always very polite and humble, it seems. The little eating area in the store is nice too, well decorated and pretty clean, for a pizza joint. I was surprised. The green pepers are shrunken and stringy, so pass on those, but everything else is good so far. The greek pizza is superb, and I don’t even like Greek food. If you get cheese fries delivered, ask for chees on the side so they aren’t mush when they arrive. You’ll usually end up paying about $ 18-$ 20 for a large pizza delivered, and if you add any sides or drinks, expect it to go over $ 30. If you’re within their delivery range, try em out at least once. Quality and consistency of product are their hallmarks.

I almost always use Broadway Pizza for all my deliveries — especially for my kids b-day parties. The pizza is wonderful and delivery is always on time. I also love the fact that you can order online, that’s a plus. I also love the look of their pizza boxes, I know, I’m weird, but all of that counts! I think that is why the pizza is so good? And the menu is pleasing to the eye too. I do think they are a overpriced, but the cheese pizza pack is a deal :)
