Seems this is a problem at this location. Ordered online. Arrived 20 minutes later and they didn’t have my order because their printer ran out of ink. REALLY! So now waiting another 20 to 25 minutes for wings. Lady working the counter was nice but Damb get your head out of your ass. This is not the first time something like this has happened here. Only waited because my credit card was already in the system and I had no faith. The order would be cancelled properly. Think I’m going to contact corporate this time. Poor management.

Great food. They have a great selection of flavors for the wings. I always get cheese with their natural cut fries. Rolls are extra, but compliment the meal. It’s a little pricey, but well worth the cost. Staff is great, and the manager is there around the clock it seems, and he’s very friendly. You can tell he strives for your satisfaction. I’ve been here so much he knows what I want, and how I want it. I appreciate the attention to detail. In all my visits, I’ve only had one issue. The manager was not available so I filed a complaint at the website. The owner called me immediately, and made everything right. You could tell he valued his customers. The next time I was there the manager apologized he wasn’t here to address it. Again, this place is top notch for wings, fries, and customer service.

Made online order, drove there and waited 10 minutes in line, only to be told with a laugh ‘oh, I haven’t taken your order out of the printer, that will be approx. 20 minutes’ Wow, kind of defeats the purpose of online order. No apology, no discount, no return from us!

First time here, clean place, excellent wings and real cut French fries very good. I think just a tad on the pricy side however the meal doesn’t dissapoint. Missing beer wings and beer just go together but not available here. It would be nice if there were napkins on the table. All in all highly recommended we will be back

Good wings and good selection of flavors. First visit service was quick and food was piping hot. Second visit there the service wasn’t very good. Long wait for food tg that wasn’t very hot.

If you like wings, you like wing stop. You just may not know it yet. Seriously the best wings in Louisville. My personal favorites are the Hot(I’m a bit of a traditionalist I guess) and Lemon Pepper. I call into carry-out order and it’s usually ready for pickup I’m 14 minutes or less. THATSALMOSTINSTANTGRATIFICATIONSTATUS!!! To top it off the staff is always very friendly.

This place was def worth the drive, my hubby and I were craving wings and we decided to try something different. I recommend the Louisiana rub and the Cajun if u like spicy, there mild is really good too. Not to fond of the hawaiian, I figured since I’m from Hawaii I’d try it, it def weird not bad jus weird, I won’t be ordering it again lol. Everything is made to order so u can’t go wrong :) we will def be back again!

The outside is unassuming, but damn, the wings are best in town. did not like the Parmesan, but all the others we had were great. If the food is more important than watching a game I would skip Hooters and B-Dub’s for this joint.

Food is delicious. I prefer the boneless chicken with the Louisiana dry rub and garlic parmesan. Sad thing is that they charge .79 for each sauce because theres a limit on how many sauces you can get. Overall the food is excellent compared to bw3. I also recommend the yeast rolls & fries, the fries are seasoned very well and has a bit of sweetness to them.

As you could tell by the name, this newly opened place specializes in chicken wings. They do have other offerings, but for this review I will focus on their namesake offering. When you walk in you see a quasi aviation theme, I imagine that it would be a good place to catch a game on TV though, as they have three fairly large screens in their moderately sized dining room. I had the Original hot wings, and the Louisiana Cajun dry rub wings. I have to say that I liked them equally, but they were really two very different wings. I also have to give big props on the in-house bleu cheese dressing served on the side, it was probably the best I’ve ever had, outside of making it myself. The Original wings don’t have much heat, so if you want to have some kick on your lip, try the atomic version. The only knocks I have on the place was the slightly creepy looking cashier guy, and the fact that they charge for everything, including the excellent bleu cheese dressing and even the celery and carrot sticks. They also don’t have quite the variety of flavors that others, namely BWW, have. I will probably be back, and it is worth a try if you are in in the area when a wing craving hits you.
