Pizza Hut

As far as Pizza buffets go, this does it for me. I’m pretty picky about pizza but for some reason I’ll come eat off this buffet with little to no excuse.
First, it’s close to work. I can get there and slam a lot of pizza in my face, smear some on my clothing, and get some caught in my beard for later rather quickly. I like that.
Second, the price isn’t bad. This isn’t wonderful pizza but Spinellis is so far from work and I’ve fallen asleep by the time we get there and that’s bad because I drive.
Third, the people who work there are really friendly and efficient considering the fact that it’s a buffet and most people who eat off them are crabby and tip poorly. You do, don’t look at me that way, YOU DO. Friendliness is the most important thing and I’ll over look everything else if you are nice and…
Fourth, this place is always clean. Don’t grade this on a curve because it’s Dixie Highway, y’all are just as out of control all over Louisville. This place is clean.
Also ordering is easy because you do that online if you’re taking it away and pretty quick. My work has several buildings so the poor human who brings us the pizza if we send for it has to go on a scavenger hunt to find us and if the gnomes waylay the pizza guy they’ll tell you that they’re ANYONE to be fed a pizza.
Your local pizza is without exception terrible; just eat something corporate. Sure, Spinellis is the wonderful but if your pizza cannot stand on it’s own three feet (crust, sauce, cheese) then it isn’t good pizza and the Spin is East Coast style. Pizza Hut is just fine.

It’s a Pizza Hut. It’s clean. The staff is friendly.
All good things. I’m only ever here for the buffet at lunch, so I can’t speak into the evening service/​atmosphere.
That said, it’s a major pizza chain.
Nothing inventive, nothing exceptional.

I have made it very clear that it is difficult to find a good customer service on the south end. Pizza Hut on Dixie highway is a very nice exception.
The staff are exceptionally nice and they not only say thank you to customers, they thank each other! The whole atmosphere is nice and polite.
The buffet was clean and well stocked with new pizzas coming out every few minutes.
The dining area was exceptionally clean for lunch rush.
The specials were presented to me in a very nice way (no hard sell). The server checked my order to ensure that it was correct.
Compared to other establishments in this area, this is well above the average.
Compared to other Pizza Huts this is well above the average.
Five stars is really the only way to go when you’re talking about service, cleanliness and food. Highly recommend this pizza place for your lunch break!

We had this Pizza Hut deliver to our hotel down the street due to a lack of options. I was like meh, oh well, we are hungry and only here for the night. I ordered wings and my boyfriend got a medium pepperoni pizza. I know this stuff is hard to mess up, but it totally exceeded my expectations for a huge chain at 10 pm. They delivered quickly and the food was FRESH. I thought we had baked it ourselves it was literally piping hot and pretty to look at! The delivery man was kind and peppy. Look out, greater Louisville area, Dixie highway is totally out shining you.
