I bought a groupon for this place and had it refunded. It is near my house and I was excited to have a massage place a little closer to home. I called multiple times to schedule and wasn’t ever able to get ahold of anyone. I finally scheduled online, then had a question because you have to enter a card to schedule. When I called again and finally reached someone, I was told that my card would be charged for a $ 20 tip during the visit and would be charged the complete cost if I cancelled within 24 hours. I found this to be an issue since I only paid $ 19 for the groupon, why should I pay more for a tip? Plus the original cost was $ 60 so that’s an automatic 30% tip. I don’t think so. When I questioned this I was told that I was charged 20% on the VIP membership. When I complained about having an automatic tip charged, I was finally told that if I didn’t feel the massage was worth it, they could discount it. I went along with it and was excited to finally get my massage. It was cancelled 15 min prior to my scheduled massage time by text. If I had done that I would have been charged the fee for my appointment time. It’s apparently fine for them to do this to their customers without promise of future discount or anything other than an apology. Now I have tried multiple times to call and make another appointment and the online scheduling feature has been disabled so I can’t reschedule. I finally called and complained to Groupon and was refunded my money. No more time wasted on this. I was really excited to have a new spa closer to home as it gets old driving to the highlands or east end for relaxation time. Sorry, but I can’t recommend this place.

HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE Do not purchase anything from these people! I bought a groupon(massages with Shannon) for my father for Father’s Day and when he called she reminded him in a rude way to make sure he tipped according to original price. So he scheduled an appt for a few weeks ahead and then the day before she canceled on him and asked him to re schedule via text. After he text her several times she never got back. Finally when she did, she said she couldn’t do any days and times for a month! Then they booked another appt and a week later she canceled on him. She then told him to «just get a refund.» It completely ruined the whole gift and made for a frustrating situation!

This a great local business. The owner, Jenna, works hard to make this a spiritual wellness center. I can only comment on facials with Jenna and massages with a different therapist, since those are the only services I’ve had. I came in with a Groupon, but I was wowed by my experience and the effort that Jenna took to make sure I was relaxed and pampered. I ended up joining her spa membership program, where you get discounted services for a year and have been thrilled with my experience. Over the course of 5 facials, my skin has cleared up and become softer. I also have been able to reduce the red pigmentation in my cheeks. She also has made sure I got what I needed during massages(my request is a focus on my shoulders and back), so I leave each time very happy. A wonderful all around experience, thank you Jenna!
