Really, really disappointed in the customer service of this company! It’s understandable that mistakes are made. But making the same mistake twice shows me that no one cares! I’ve been waiting over a month for a jersey to be re-printed. No one(besides the salesman) knows anything about it. You’d think if it was ready, someone would call me. My 11 yr old has played several games for her team with masking tape covering her misprinted shirt. I’ve not been offered a discount, refund, or even a phone call offering to deliver the shirt to me. STAYAWAY until this company realizes people are tired of this. Had a similar issue through a different school this year. I’m just fed up with Shively Sporting Goods.
