White Castle

Worst White Castle EVER! I feel bad that the company spent so much money building an amazing building, only to staff it with horrible employees. I work nearby, so it should be convenient for me to swing in on my lunch break, but that has literally NEVER worked out. It seems it doesn’t even matter if I beat the lunch rush with no cars in front of me. It never fails, someone will come over the intercom and tell me to «hold on.» Today, I pulled in, placed my order, they gave me a total, let me sit in the line for 20 minutes, and when I finally made it to the pay window, a man asked if I ordered what I did. When I verified that he had the correct order, he replied «yeah we ain’t got none of that.» I’m fed up with this place and their horrible customer service.

Five Stars between 11pm and 5am!
This restaurant is open 24 hours for my splurging pleasure! A White Castle burger is a Louisville tradition of amazing taste… while intoxicated. I have tried to recreate the White Castle affect while sober and there is just something lacking.
I recommend the Jalapeño Cheeseburgers that are super spicy and delicious. The cheese fries are served smothered in nacho cheese sauce and the chicken comes in rings. That’s right, they liked the chicken so much they put a ring shape on it.
I prefer this downtown White Castles because its not near all the bars and hotels on Market. This Broadway location is just for us locals who appreciate local flavor.
The drive through can take 10 – 15 minutes after midnight so be prepared.

I think this place is over rated.
