Walmart Neighborhood Market

Absolutely terrible customer service. Accused of stealing something that I already bought and had a mobile bank statement proving I purchased the items. I simply forgot the bag at the store. Went back in to get to get my things that I bought and was accused of being drunk by the employees multiple times when I went in to grab my things. I was not intoxicated in the slightest bit. The employee «was 100%» sure that I had bought an item which I had not purchased and proceeded to tell me I was wrong while correcting her until she looked at the receipt. Absolute worst customer service I have dealt with in my entire life. Immediately had an attitude with me. I live very close to this store and shop there every day. Will NEVER be going back again. Thank you to the employees of the third shift! Accused of lying and stealing? I am a straight A student and an Eagle Scout. Really? So disappointed in the way the employees of the third shift handled this situation. should’ve been resolved with a simple «oh sorry we messed up, here you go» instead of being accused of being intoxicated multiple times while simply trying to get what I paid for and didn’t receive because I grabbed the wrong bag. Was also accused of stealing something on the way out the door by one of the female employees.
I have honestly never been so upset with a companies customer service in my entire life.

Pretty clean and efficient, even for a neighborhood Walmart. It has a pharmacy as well but make sure you know the hours, including a lunch break.
The one aspect I like the most is that items do not «move around» a lot and are mostly in the same area of the store.

Despite the fact that this pharmacy, unlike most others, actually closes for lunch and also closes fairly early (@9 m-​f, sat 7, Sunday 6). But because they have a drive thru AND because this is the one pharmacy that almost 99% of the time ALWAYS has a wide range of medication IN STOCK, same day/​waiting for pick up is never an issue for me (which is essential, particularly since I always «forget» aka «too lazy» :/​:) to RETURN to pick up. I know, it’s terrible.

It says Walmart on the sign outside but it sure does not have Walmart prices inside. Not only that, it doesn’t have the selection or service that the local Krogers has. Now, I despise the local Krogers and don’t have enough cash to go to Whole Foods, so I’m kinda stuck on where to shop. But, for sure, it’s not here.
