Terrible experience. Had 3 vision tests and 3 remakes of glasses and sunglasses and they couldn’t get it right. I spent over $ 500 dollars and several trips back over 2 months still not getting it correct. When I asked for my money back they made me pay for part of the exam and since I paid cash are sending me a check in 2 weeks. The worst experience I have had in a while. The staff were very helpful but only working within their means. Went to another doc and found out I have a medical situation with my eye that the doc at vision works should have seen with the extra pictures that I paid for. HORRIBLE. NEVERGOHERE.

The last time I went to a Bizers store I had a horrible experience. I decided to give the Springhurst location a try and I am glad I did. It has been a much more positive experience. Fast, friendly and affordable. The staff was professional and accurate. Thank you for a great experience! I will be back!

OMG… do NOT go there. After 5 times of getting my glasses wrong, I was given a full refund. Every time I went in a different associate measured me, and all 5 five came up with different measurements and prescriptions!!! Ridiculous.

My experience with this company was a nightmare. I called to make an appointment, and was told their book was completely open all day. I scheduled my eye exam for 10am. When I got there, there were so many people in the waiting room. I didn’t get seen until a little after 11am. I only wear glasses, and in my exam I asked about contacts. I was able to get contacts into my eyes, and I was very happy. I was told to wait in the waiting room until a «lens specialist» was ready to calculate my bill. At 12pm a lens specialist called me over. He was very inappropriate, flirty and was asking questions that had nothing to do with my eyes. He signed me up for a «savings» club without my permission, which I later found out cost 30 dollars. The lens specialist kept messing up, and instead of deleting entries and redoing them, he kept starting all over. He had to redo my entire order at least four times. Around 1, it was finally done. Then, I had to take out my contacts because they«couldn’t let me leave until I was able to take them out.» By then, I had been there for three hours, had absolutely nothing to drink(I ran three miles that morning and was dehydrated), missed lunch, was really hungry, and was totally over Dr. Bizer’s. Because I was dehydrated, I was unable to get my contacts out. After 45 minutes of forcing me to try(by the end my eyes were burning and were bright red), the eye doctor was called and she took the contacts out of my eyes. I was told I could come back to practice with the contacts, but I would not be able to take the contacts I purchased out of the store until I could prove to them I was able to remove them. I was in the store for FOURHOURS. The second I got home, I canceled my entire order. From now on, I will be sticking with Lenscrafters, where my entire appointment takes less than an hour.

The Walmart of vision. Visited the Springhurst location to retrieve my prescription, thank goodness I compared what was given to me prior to placing my order elsewhere… since it was not correct. Called and Halley verified that indeed what I had received was incorrect. Now waiting for them to send me my correct prescription via snail mail since they do not have the capability to email it to me.
