Goodbye Pink Door, Hello Corner Door. I attended this bar on a whim, because it was the shortest walking distance, in the heat, between my car and me. My friends who regular this bar suggested that I try the Turkey Melt on Rye, but after my experience I am glad I tried everything. This is a family owned bar. The mom and dad cook, while their daughter bar-tends and serves. You can tell she is not a pro to the service industry, but she is nice, honest, and doesn’t forget about your table. Our beers, food, and cocktails were pretty inexpensive and well portioned. I did enjoy my Turkey Melt while my boyfriend tried the signature made from scratch burger. Both our dishes were pretty tasty for bar food. While we were there, a multifaceted artist played piano, sang, and played guitar. I was told there is pretty much live music every night. I will have to visit on a Friday night, where apparently there is an open mic night hosted by a talented lady. There is not a lot of seating in this bar so I am glad we did go on a week night. I would be interested to see if this bar can turn it self into a party house when it is standing room only. For my tastes, a lady always likes to have a seat and be able to hear her company. For my standards this bar can prompt me to start frequenting this corner of Dundee Road.

We were taken to this restaurant by some friends and had a great time. The food was good and they had live bluegrass music. It’s a great place to kick back with friends.

Cool place, good atmosphere. Live music. Service is lacking. The server recommended the fish tacos. They were okay, until I pulled a long hair out of my mouth. I was only able to finish one of the three tacos before losing my appetite. The server took half off the fish tacos. Are you kidding me? I won’t go back to do not recommend eating there.

This hole in the wall establishment offers one of the best happy hours in town. The Corner Door’s happy hour runs daily from 2pm — 6pm, offering half priced draft beer. I ordered a Left Hand Milk Stout for a mere $ 2.50! They also have ½ priced glasses of wine on Tuesday from 5pm to close. in addition to the happy hour, this neighborhood pub also provides frugal day drinkers with a pretty sweet daily lunch special for a mere $ 5.65. The meal includes their signature zip burger, ribbon fries, and a Bud or Bud Light daily from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm. In addition to the delicious discounted drinks, this bar has a very friendly staff and is a home for regulars. I highly recommend this joint for those looking for a low profile place where it only takes a few drinks for everyone to know your name.

Small menu, but it has all the essential items. The pretzel sticks appetizer was one of the best pretzels I have ever tasted. Most items on menu are a la carte. The prices are very reasonable with most items under five bucks. Service was good – friendly and not over-the-top. The layout of this restaurant is somewhat chopped up, but this is good as it create a different atmosphere for each dining area. The dining area in the front has a bar and a small area where musicians perform. There is a middle seating area and another larger area in the rear with a television. By the way, the front entrance is a corner door.

Great food(get the zip burger and pretzels with beer cheese), plentiful beer options(I recommend the Southern Tier IPA on tap), and live music. What more could you ask for? Also, the service is always excellent. The staff is friendly and extremely attentive. Love this place!
