The Atrium Salon & Day Spa

This salon provides a relaxing atmosphere and nice staff .
The cut I received was acceptable however it did not completely excite me. I requested the hair which frames my face remain slightly long, however it was cut off. Not a complete disaster but disappointing. The stylist however did a FANTASTIC job texturing my hair. A+! So with the amazing job with the texturing I tipped the stylist, however once I arrived home I noticed the back of my hair was not my normal cut. Unfortunately I was disappointed so I attempted to call back however they were closed. I left a voice-​mail and received a call the next business day. Unfortunately I have not returned the call due to my schedule.
Overall I believe I would have had a WOW experience even with my shorter hair if the stylist would have reviewed the cut with me before assisting another client.

Understanding Customer Expectations: Could use some improvement.
Suggestion: Review the finished cut with the client before seating another.
