Just ok, service and food. I come because its on my way from various places. Some of the team seems bored every time I go in, perhaps because there are too many people working behind the counter. I like the theme and décor. On our last visit it was kind of smoky inside, our table was sticky, and the Coke machine was so sticky the soda would not shut off dumping more soda on your hand and cup. Food was just average at best. I do like all the hot sauces and the menu is a little different than other sub shops but if it was not the only thing around at this location I don’t think I’d go back very often. Better than Subway but slower. Not as good as Jimmy John’s, not as fast. If there was one closer I’d chose Jersey Mikes over all these as they have far better sandwiches.

Me and my wife went to try this place for the first time. First impression was they resturant seemed crowded with the tables to close to the front where you order. I had to stand up against people while they were eating. The staff seemed unhappy and one employee was complaining she was not getting a break. The food was slow to come out. The food was very bland and only comes with a bag of chips we paid 10 dollars for a small amount of food that was very bland. The plating was terrible it had no fling it was a sandwitch on a basket. I felt like it was a waste. I will not go back because there are so many sandwich shops in the area where you can get a better deal with better quality. I felt like i was eatting a micowave meal, like the cheap frozen subs you get at walmart near the deli. Yuck. Im not a fan of corporate chain restaurants but Firehouse Subs makes Subway look good. Your preaty much paying for the atmosphere. This is just from my experience.

For a sandwich place it was good. Nothing to fancy good go to place for a quick bite. Staff was courteous and food was quickly prepared. It is still very new so will watch how it eorks out

First time at this new location. Ordered a New York Sandwich was just ok for $ 6.00. They have the coke dispenser with a million choices, except the Seagrams Ginger ale I like, they replaced it with a cherry lime aid that was disgustingly sweet. The mix for all drinks in the machine were way off. Tried the tea, not good either. The worse part of this trip was the service. The girl(s) at the counter were not friendly at all, just stood there with the most blank look on their face. I had to initiate all questions, seemed that we were really inconvenienced them by just showing up. The older lady who delivered the food was better.
