Rally’s

Are you positive that I can’t give ZERO stars? I would if I could. They literally can’t get your order correct. Forget about asking for anything made special to order. They’d be more likely to get your order correct if you asked for the opposite of what you wanted. Of course getting things made incorrectly still beats not getting items you ordered and paid for… which happens often enough at this location. As if that isn’t bad enough, I once chipped a tooth on something in my sandwich which i know wasn’t supposed to be in it. And THAT still doesn’t beat the time I showed up 10 minutes till close and was welcomed and asked to order. After looking at the deals menu for under a minute I was told they decided to go ahead and close. I lived a hop skip and a jump from this location so it was convenient enough but to be honest I gave it more than enough chances and they just couldn’t deliver a better experience. Thank GOD I moved or I’d still be lazy enough to put myself through their Rallys nightmare.

Worst customer maybe of all-​time.
A few times I’ve pulled up to the drive thru. No «how are you» or“how can I help you”. Instead «ready to order». Very polite lol.
¹⁄₃ of the time my order is wrong. The people working there look worse than those on MSNBC’s «Lockdown».
I love Rally’s. Have not tried this in months and have no desire to try it again.

This place makes me hate all Rally’s restaurants. My orders always get messed up and the people are always rude. It’s best to go through the drive thru because if you walk up then they are more likely to ignore you. If it were possible to give them zero stars than I would. I grit my teeth every time I go here.
