The employees that work at this location, don’t give a single fuck. They made me feel like I was not welcome. Even worse, I felt like I was bothering them. I would fire the staff in a heart beat. Food was mediocre at best. Save your money, and go somewhere else.

If I could give this Qdoba a 0, I would. First of all on here it says they are open until 9pm, on their voice machine it also says they are open until 9pm. We had a group of hungry girls that just came from playing volleyball. It was 8:05 and the staff was yelling how they were closed. Confused, she rudely said they have new hours posted on the door. Mind you there were several people still eating at this time. I calmly said Ok, but you should probably change your voice machine because it says 9pm. The staff starts yelling and was so incredibly rude. We happily took our money and business elsewhere. Terrible, terrible customer service.

I’m not usually in this part of town, but I have jury duty this week, anyway, I went to this Qdoba for lunch and was not disappointed! It was very very busy, and the line was all the way round the restaurant, but I was out the door and walking back to court in about 10 minutes! The staff was very friendly, and made my burrito perfectly! All around a very nice experience on a very stressful day.

Good was pretty good, my only real issue is that the food is rather cold. I got my meal burrito in a bowl, and walked back to my job which is maybe 5 mins away. Get to my lunch area and the food was pretty much cold, also chips were hard. IMO for a $ 10 meal it should’ve been much better than what it was. I have this issue whenever I go to this location.

Staff is rude. Restaurant is dirty and unorganized. Staff was yelling at each other about coffee creamer and napkins. I wouldn’t want to work here and barely want to eat here. This place is in need of a new manager!

I really love Qdoba. I’ve never lived in a town with one, but if I see one I make a point to stop. This Qdoba is clean and the staff are friendly. But the guy behind the counter(I hope he’s new!) didn’t understand my repeated requests for the adobo chicken(turns he did not know it existed) and gave me double chicken instead. The lady with him heard the exchange but did not correct him. I discovered the mistake when I took a bite and they thankfully made me another burrito and refunded the two dollars. They handled it well and I am now eating a delicious burrito :)

Dear Qdoba, I visited your location at 300 south 4th street, tonight around 8:30pm. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a qudoba. There were 5 associates working that I could see, and not one of them could figure out how to make the new tacos for the lady in front of me. She was too nice, had it been me I would have asked to speak with a manager. The store itself was extremely dirty. There was trash everywhere. Not to mention that only ONE door was accessible to enter and exit the location.(FIREHAZZARD) I’m not entirely sure why the doors were locked other then the signs that said, «Keep doors closed». Also, the food on the line was not being maintained. Empty food bins, no sanitation whatsoever, cross contamination, and lord only knows what else. Now to my order, the associate that made my chicken queso burrito was extremely short and rude with me, every time I asked to have another ingredient put on my burrito, she would roll her eyes and say, «anything else?» very sarcastically. I was blown away by this level of disrespect. Especially from a qudoba employee. Now here’s the real problem, while I was there, 3, yes 3, people walked in and yelled at the associates to make them food items, which the associates did, before serving customers in line, said people would go to the register area and get the items without paying for them. I guess they were«hooking up their friends» with free qudoba. This was unbelievable to me, while I’m standing there waiting for my dinner, these other people were getting served before me and for FREE without any sort of reprimands from other associates or a manager. Speaking of managers, where were they??? I’m sure a lot of these things wouldn’t be going on if a manager had been out front, or perhaps the manager was out front and was okay with the things happening. I’m just appalled! This is not the Qdoba I know and love. Please do something about this location and the horrible associates you have working there. Disappointed, Ryan Benningfield

The 2 guys who prepare the food are rude and indifferent. If it happened once, i can dismiss it as an anomaly but we have been here so many times as a group and we have all been on the receiving end of their rudeness. The other staff are fine; it’s just the 3 dudes in baseball caps. I’m not going back there again.

At the end of the day, this place gets pretty dirty. But you can’t beat the taste… even Veggie quesadillas taste great. Good if you’re hungry, but leaves a lot to be desired.

My fiancé and I stopped in today because Bendoya closes really early and we were starving downtown. I’ve been to a ton of Qdobas and this one has to be my least favorite to be quite honest. The building was run down, the girl making our burritos was slow, didn’t greet us even after I greeted her first, didn’t ask us if we were ready to order, and hurried us. The manager was at the register about 30 feet away asking us if it was to go and he rushed us. We felt uncomfortable. The burrito itself was fine like always, just wish the service was better and the building was cleaner. The one on poplar level is 10 times better.

The staff was lazy and rude. They took the time to flirt with a coworker for several minutes while we were ordering, charged us to use the bathroom, and four employees walked into the restroom and proceeded to giggle back and fourth loud enough that we could hear them from across the restaurant for several minutes. Good food, poor service.

Qdoba is my favorite of the fast-casual burrito places in town. They have fresh ingredients and the meals are generously portioned. Most importantly, Qdoba just tastes the best to me. I LOVE their habanero salsa, which you can’t get anywhere else. They also have QUESO, which the dreaded Chipotle does not. Qdoba recently simplified their menu, making all toppings«free.» While I don’t always get guac, I do like this feature because I like to get extra queso at no charge(yes, I’m a fatty). I visit this location in particular about once a week for lunch, and they are always quick and friendly. Sometimes the line is wrapped around the dining room and out the door, but they handle the lunch crowd well. I have been to many other locations around town, and they are all consistently good.

My family and I walked in last night 15 minutes before closing to be greeted by a young lady advising us they were out of almost all food then laughed as we left. So we went across the street to Chipotle and had food that was fresh and nice service and took our $ 25 bucks. Good bye Qdoba — glad Chipotle is in town finally.

There is no way this chain can compete with Chipotle in its current function. There are too many holes in the menu for streamlining what/how people customize their orders. Incl. kids menu, naked burrito –no tortilla? A burrito is a wrapped tortilla. Had to pay extra to have a reg. Tortilla for my kid to have a normal lunch. I’ll stick to Chipotle for streamlined chain Mexican meal.

For a very busy downtown location, they did pretty great. They had enough staff on the clock that the line kept moving. The food was a little, messier(?) than usual. The cashier was super friendly and bubbly. I was having a terrible day and she made me smile. Some customers need to get a hold of how the new-fangled fancy soda machines work. I think I waited longer in line to get my drink than for my food. But for the location and what I assume to be a very busy place at lunch time, they’re doing alright.

Had the craft two today. This is a great lunch spot for the downtown worker. Make sure that you get a «Q-card» and a little hint on getting points faster… Make this your Tuesday lunch spot for the double points. Always great fresh.

Despite the crazy downtown lunch crowd the staff works fast and efficient. I always worry I will be in line for an hour but it is never more than 20 minutes. AND the food is always good.

Sure, it’s a typical Qdoba, but with the amount of people this place brings in at lunch time, you would think you would be waiting for an hour. Even if the line is wrapped around the building, you will have your food in 20 minutes. There are always a dozen people working behind the counter and even when they are swamped, they remain friendly. I suggest going a little early or a little late to avoid the intense lunch crowd if you are in a hurry. Or even better, get a breakfast quesadilla or burrito. There is never a line at breakfast time, you’ll be in and out in no time.

Perhaps what is most notable about this Qdoba other than the great location on 4th street is that the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They are always willing to check the balance on my Qdoba rewards card, refill the sweet tea at the drink station if it has run out, and explain any item on the menu. While it is sometimes hard to find a differentiating factor to make a chain restaurant worth visiting let alone reviewing the staff at this Qdoba definatly make this place worthy of both five stars and my patronage. Oh not to mention I love the naked burrito bowls!
