I’m sorry, but if you don’t find this record store in the back of Please & Thank You charming and delightful, then I might have to say Nulu maybe isn’t your thing. I love enjoying my coffee from P&TY and browsing the records. The selection is not as large as a huge music store, but they have a good variety.
The staff in the front of the coffee shop is there to assist you when needed. For example, I wore a KISS shirt into P&TY and upon placing my drink order was told the number of KISS records they had in the back, and asked to please let him know if I needed anything at all. Mr. Friendly definitely seems like an accurate description to me!

Uh no, not so friendly records. Very poor selection and zero customer service. What is the point? Looks like more of a one off hobby for this business owner.
