I had my first intro class last week and look forward to several more pole fitness classes. The teacher was patient, spunky and taught us some great basics. It’s a class of 5 so you get plenty of individual attention.

A great workout is guaranteed here! Don’t bother bringing your heels to these classes unless you’re having a private party. I’m not saying these workouts aren’t sexy, but everyday classes are about the fitness side of the art. It’s a definite bonus that the classes are small and for ladies only!
