Average, upper-​middle class department store.
Good: This is a three level store – the largest Macy’s in the Louisville area. More merchandise! I do enjoy stopping in when at this mall, especially to take in the large selection of housewares and kitchen essentials… a lot of Martha Stewart items.
Bad: I was hounded by salespeople on my last visit. I know that’s their job, but once I make it clear that I just want to browse freely, I should be left alone. If it was different salespeople checking on me, I could understand, but it was the *same person*. Four times she asked me what I was looking for. Minus one star for this.
