I really enjoy going to the Liquor Barn. They not only carry my favorite products at a reasonable price but, they always have new things every time I go there. The staff is friendly and very helpful as all you have to do is ask and they are more than willing to show you where something is or recommend a hot selling item. My favorite area is the craft beers. You can try many of the new ones as singles.

I love Liquor Barn! I miss it so much and tell everyone about it whenever they’re bragging about whatever piddly store they’re going to. No, my friend, you haven’t been to a real liquor store until you’ve been to a Liquor Barn. It’s the stuff of legends– a friend who lives in FL but frequents TN even knows of the place. You can find just about anything here. And I say just about because I didn’t see some Russian vodkas that I find in Brooklyn, ice wine, or Gewurtztraminer(altho they do have other white German wines). I spent so much money on this last trip, but totally worth it. One associate recommended a bourbon cream that has been flying off the shelf– must be good because the next day my friends were telling me about it. Glad we grabbed a bottle! I noticed that they no longer have the deli, but now have a tasting station, which I have mixed feelings about. I love their food items, too, but I know that this makes more sense and allows people to try something(even Pappy Van Winkle) before committing to purchasing.

I love this place. Like, I want to marry it. The beer cave place is awesome, rows and rows of booze, all kinds of stuff to facilitate your booze party. Brings a little tear to my eye just thinking about it. =]

It’s a warehouse full of liquor! Every type of alcohol you can imagine. Pretty much an isle or two dedicated to each type of alcohol. But my main interest is the craft beer selection. I’ve been here numerous times, but it seems lately that their beer selections seems to have gotten smaller. One isle of American craft beers,(along with a bunch of stuff stacked in the middle of the isle), and a couple end caps. Stone, Founders, Left Hand, BBC, and numerous others from around the region and around the country. Not a huge selection of each brewery. Generally 3 – 4 different six packs or bombers. A few singles on the other side along with some Belgians. Down from that is one isle of beers from the rest of the world. Not a great selection, but enough to find at least something interesting. Then there is a smaller selection in the cooler area. In all honesty the Fern Valley Liquor Barn seems to have a better craft and import selection.

The amount of booze that they have here is intimidating and amazing. Great selection of standards and a couple special items. I could definitely plan a cocktail party and not have to make any other stops. I felt like a kid in a candy store! So many choices!!! Many prices here are lower than what you’ll find elsewhere.

Ummmm, it’s a barn of liquor. How much better can it get?! I really like their name, and the fact that they have the same colors/style of writing on their sign as all of the Dress Barns I’ve ever seen is just really funny. But no, really, I wish we had one in Chicago, because this place was like Binny’s on Steroids… while drunk… getting laid… Great prices, great selection!

I love scotch. Scotchy, scotch, scotch. Here it goes down, down into my belly… Ahh, the immortal words of Mr. Ron Burgundy. I think of it every time I walk down the whiskey aisle here. Actually, I say it out loud… Is anyone else glad we don’t live in North Carolin where you have to buy your liquor from the ABC? Yeah… me, too. Selection, selection, selection… I get dizzy walking around in this place sometimes, and there is no free tastings involved. Though they still don’t carry a few beers I have been wanting to try — honestly, not many places in the US do carry them — I find them to have one of the best selections of, well, everything in the area. And, they have some pretty savvy people working there who can help you pick out the perfect wine to go with anything… even grilled Spam-on-a-stick. And, they have a nice selection of gourmet cheeses and other things with the word«gourmet» in the name and/or description, so you no its good.

This place has a wide range of alcohol and they have growlers and a stand where you can fill them up

Aside from the fact that they were out of mojito mix tubs, which I really had my heart set on for Cinco de Mayo/Derby Day, a fantastic selection. Aisles and aisles of goodness. I was in awe when I finally realized that the basket I was lugging around in fact had wheels and a longer handle(sometimes I’m a little slow… don’t judge). We also picked up some adorable jockey hats for the party we were going to. Definitely a one-stop shop when it come to booze-buying for parties.

One Stop Party Needs. There are a number of reasons why I like this place, but I will list the top five. I always stop here first before going on to any other place. 1. The Liquor Selection(of course) — aisles and aisles are organized by liquor type and then brand. 2. Beer and Wine Selection– In addition to liquor there are several aisles of wine, port, sherry, imports, and domestics. 3. Cigars– Just in case you like a strong smoke after. They have an extensive selections of cigars that are located in the humidor safe cigar room. 4. The appetizers– You can pick up cheeses, stop at the olive bar, grab crackers or bread, and arrange everything for some casual munching. 5. The Party Supplies– You will find cups, plates, themed accessories, and mixers here. These items are a little higher priced then my favorite dollar general, but if you are aiming for convenience then they have it.

Several Liquor Barns are around the city… this was my first and go-to place outside of the Highland liquor stores. Huge selection of all things to get it started. Kudos on my last trip here, found the 23-yr Pappy’s Bourbon, after several trips around. Prices are right on too.
