Delivery is always freaky fast. That’s why I’ve kept ordering from them for several years now.
Food is– Well, usually it’s acceptable. Tonight’s was disgusting, like the stuff had gone bad, but that’s not normal.
Order accuracy– THIS is the reason I’m done with this place. Tonight– the driver assured me «they’re in there» and left as I was still trying to check to be sure the cookies were there. They weren’t. They usually aren’t. I had to call and have a driver bring out cookies. This is normal. Then I sat down to eat, and discovered onions, although I always order the same thing and it has NO ONIONS listed. For years the issues have ranged from wrong ingredients, to forgetting chips, cookies or pickle. It’s at least one of those 97% of the time. Sometimes they send out a driver, sometimes they say they’ll add it on my next order. They never do that.
They do better in the store, but delivery is a problem.

Nothing beats Jimmy John’s for a fast, healthy lunch. This particular location has friendly and efficient staff, and I always look forward to grabbing lunch here. One downside is parking, as it can be hard to find a spot along the Baxter Avenue spots and even in the Walgreens parking lot; this is par for the course in the Highlands, so not so much a criticism of Jimmy John’s, just a word to the wise who seek this place out.

The Food:
The Beach Club. A turkey, tomato, mayo, lettuce and avacado sandwich. Yum!
The Atmosphere:
Always great music in the one off Baxter always something I dig hearing.
Anything Else?:
Their delivery really is freaky fast, I swear I was just hitting submit order and the guy showed up. Also, the chips are awesome especially the BBQ. Yummmmm.
Overall?:
What can I say? It’s Jimmy Johns! If you haven’t already eaten here stop reading this and go buy a sandwich now! (also they offer yummy vegetarian options)

Conveniently located by a lot of bars…
I believe this is my second review of a Jimmy John’s location. I have a weakness for these baguette style sandwiches. Sometimes I think it may be the salt content, or the tiny shreds of lettuce with every bite, perhaps the speed of service, the crunchy kettle chips, or the dash of sprouts.
I may never know what exactly by body craves when I have to have my Jimmy John’s, but this location servers to satisfy all. I think it is a little bit better option then the 24 pizza places located near by.
