I cannot express how pleased I am with this jeweler! First of all, the customer service was great. Everyone was so nice and offered my kids and me water. I went here to get my wedding band unbent, resized, welded together, and refinished to white gold. My ring was in bad shape to say the least. It not only was a hassle-​free drop off and pick up, it was also a sooner than expected return! My ring looks truly amazing. I wish I would have taken a before and after picture.

This place is wonderful they will adjust your watch for free and I’m so great fun that when I get married or need to buy jewelry I know where I’m going. 5 stars all the way and the people aren’t pushy and quite pleasant good customer relations. Total recommendation!

Thank you to Mark and his amazing staff… My ring was all but destroyed and these amazing craftsman fixed it. It actually looks better than it did before but the respect they showed for my sentimental feelings for my ring was beyond words.
I will never purchase another piece of jewelry from any place in any state. Then they had the old school feel of a Harry Winston or Tiffany’s jewelers. If they don’t have it they will find it or design it.

I would like to start my review by stating that my experience is limited to the customer service I received and the quality of the setting I purchased. I also express my opinion on the craftsmanship and professionalism exhibited by the jeweler. I didn’t shop for diamonds here, so I am not able to review this portion of their business model, but if you want to know where NOT to go to buy a diamond, see my other reviews.
Customer Service — I worked with both Andrew and Mark during my visit. Simply put… perfect. I walked in, was greeted, was asked what I was looking for, and was shown exactly what I described. This may seem elementary, but after shopping at other places, I learned this was a luxury most other places are not willing to offer. It was refreshing. I was in the store for 10 minutes and purchased the first setting I was shown, even though I was shown about 10 others, because it was exactly what I was looking for and they do not charge for setting a diamond procured from an outside source.
Value — When purchasing a setting, the value at Gross is unbeatable. After you shop a couple of places, you will learn that their settings are superior in quality and design, bar none. Additionally, when you purchase the setting, they offer to set the diamond for free, even if you did not buy the diamond from their store. For the diamond I had, I was quoted at two other places for setting it and appraising it: $ 400 at Shane-​Co and $ 1,100 at Gumer & Co. By the time you pay those fees, for the same price, you end up with a far less quality setting. Be smart… go to Gross.
Craftsmanship — Examining the craftsmanship under the loupe, you can differentiate the work from other jewelers. You will notice that either the jeweler is naturally skilled at this kind of work, or the jeweler takes extra time to ensure that the jewelry is well-​built and put together aesthetically appealing. Again, they set it for free and the service and craftsmanship is superior. It’s a no-​brainer.
Overall, I am very happy with the service and the quality of the end product I received from Gross Jewelers. I would recommend their settings to anyone.
