Gray’s College Bookstore

Parked my car in Cardinal Center to pick up Mt Fuji food and the bookstore got it towed. The huge parking lot is empty. Sorry if Mt Fuji is doing better business than you.

I’ve rented books from Gray’s for four semesters of school so far. A few of the books I’ve wanted to rent were out of stock, so I just got them at the UL Bookstore or Amazon. Not a big deal.
Rental prices are usually the same or cheaper than the UL Bookstore. I’ve never come across books that cost more at Gray’s than UL.
The staff is nice. Some are poorly trained, but I’ve never had any major problems.
I’ve only had a few minor problems. One associate incorrectly entered my name into the system, so I always have to provide the wrong last name to return. Someone said they corrected it, but my last name is still Ling to them. Sometimes I’ve had to run around to different counters because not all associates are trained to do returns or rentals. Recently I was charged for a new rental, when I was actually renting a used rental. I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home. When I explained the problem and returned the book, they didn’t give me any issues about it.
At the end of the 2015 spring semester, they had a big sale on clearance merchandise. UL t-​shirts for $ 5 each. It was a sweet deal! I don’t know if that happens every year, but I hope it does.
