I used to love to go to this store… Great customer service and great products. however… last week i went to return a wallet that was broken. the wallet didn’t meet my needs and I wanted to buy a fossil wallet they didnt have in stores that I found off zappos… Keep in mind I only had the wallet two weeks…
The manager was RUDE and treated me like a criminal… she treated me horribly in front of other costumers and a worker… I wont be going back…
