Forever 21

I am updating my review to add that Brooklyn was quite a joy! She was very helpful with my return. Even though they were extremely busy, she took her time and handled me wonderfully. I will add two stars because of her!

The store itself was a mess, which seems standard for any Forever 21 store that I have been in. Once you get away from the to store entrances, there is little to no order to where things are in the store. There is a second floor but there is no sign as to what is up there.
When I went up to the second floor, I finally found the plus size section. It was back in a corner, such a tiny portion compared to the size of the store. For a store that I had seen advertisements boasting its plus sizes, I was incredibly disappointed in the tiny selection in the store.
I was able to find a few things and when I checked out, I could barely hear the store associate helping me and once she was done helping me she went over to the woman helping my sister (instead of helping the other 3 people in line) and they complained about a coworker.
While I will return to shop here, it is not the best shopping experience.

Chaos! Complete chaos in this place. Such a shame cause I’ve shopped at other forever 21’s before. Nothing is where it’s supposed to be.

I like the products however there is only one dressing room open for this large, two story facility and one register. To state that we are utterly frustrated with the lack of staff and disorganized array of products is an understatement. Where is the manager? Does anyone care? I bet corporate does.

I’m truly concerned with the state of this store. It’s discount trend clothing that caters to teens, so a little disorder is to be expected. However, when my daughters and I visited the store yesterday, the mess was disconcerting… especially on the second floor. Discarded cups, ripped clothing, and a literal pile of clothing on the floor in the corner… where are the employees?! The entire store looks abandoned by the staff, and it led me to question whether perhaps the store is closing. Please, management, get your act together. I won’t be in again. I don’t go to the mall to dig for clothes like I’m at a yard sale, checking for rips and stains, and literally sorting through piles. I loved this store when it first opened; now I guess we’ll have to get our cheap trends online… or at H&M.

I need you guys to get your shit together, everytime I go in there it looks worse than a 5 year olds room. And why is everything scattered about in 5 different places for the same damn crappily made American flag tee shirt, that’s just gonna rip apart after I wash it. But whatevs.

Only if I were comfortable being naked I could save myself from spending all of my hard earned money here. Oh darn, guess I’ll find a way to cope.

If you shop at Forever 21, then you know that finding the perfect piece of clothing there is like finding a needle in a haystack. The store is in a constant state of disarray. However, when you finally find that perfect whatever-​you-​are-​looking-​for, it really is perfect. Be prepared to spend at least 2 hours in this store as it’s the biggest Forever 21 in all the lands. What I like most is that the staff leaves you alone (because they probably don’t give a crap about you or what you are buying). The prices are awesome & they make no bones about how cheaply everything is made. You have a 21 day return policy and you will only receive store credit for your returns.
