Chick-fil-A

I base this solely on the customer service experience. Everyone knows their food is delicious I don’t need to explain that. Today I came in and ordered a spicy chicken biscuit and 4 piece chicken mini. The meal was not expensive which isn’t my issue. I sat down close to the register and started hearing the cashier offer their free breakfast of the day. Which happened to be a regular chicken biscuit or a 3 piece chicken mini. It’s safe to say a sacrifice could have been made for one less chicken mini or a non spicy chicken biscuit. I unfortunately was not offered this deal which sparked a nerve. When the lady brought me my food I asked her about the free breakfast. She sat my food down and as she walked away quickly she looked back and said yes it’s free breakfast day. I have had food forgotten here before which I know mistakes happen but this didn’t sit well with me. I also didn’t want my first Unilocal review to be negative but I had to share.

Can’t complain about Chick-​Fil-​A! Their food is delicious and I like anyone required to answer me with, ‘My pleasure’ every time I talk to them. My only complaint — they aren’t open on Sundays! Come on — do you know how much money you are losing by not being open on Sunday?
