Disorganized. Set up poorly. The flow of the whole place is… so bad it’s non-existent. There is indoor seating, but the space is so narrow and cramped that if more than 2 people are waiting to fill their cups, they are basically standing on top of you and you’ve got asses in you face. And since the Summit is *so* far out of the way, I don’t really think I’d be returning often even if I had liked it better.

This was a hit with our family, the option to swirl two flavors together was genius, and the bar was full of candies from reeses to chocolate covered pretzel m&ms(yum), to sunflower seeds and gummy worms. The chocolate covered waffle pieces are great paired with the salted caramel. Chocolate syrups, caramel, lemon, key lime, and fudge at the end as well. Everything was clean, the fruit was fresh, and no one had any complaints about the actual treat. The actual interior is very stark, I suggest eating out back near the Summit Playground and water, much prettier. And the cost in general is high, as is expected in these type of places. $ 35 for our family of six, and we did not go overboard on ice cream and toppings.

One of the best self serve yogurt places in louisville. Its usually crowded, and the snickerdoodle flavor is AMAZING! never had a flavor that good, and I eat froyo all the time. Great place to stop in at the summit, and beats out most places in louisville.

Nothing special about this yogurt bar, except for a couple of topping options that were new to me. Not a great selection of yogurt flavors.

I was so excited to finally try out this yogurt shop because I’m a fanatic of frozen yogurt. But I was less than pleased. The yogurt seemed to have a gritty texture to it and the toppings were a mess! I’m trying not to be to picky but come on. Also the location seemed a little crammed for my liking. Maybe I just didn’t like it because I’ve been to choices yogurt bar which I’m obsessed with. No comparison.

It is what it is. Went there with my son while we were out. It was ok. I was a little disappointed that the place needed to be cleaned. The staff was far more concerned with flirting with each other than dealing with customers. Yes there are plenty of toppings, but you kind of expect that don’t you. Over priced and trying to ride a trend I guess.

Dirtiest self serve froyo I’ve ever been to. Melted froyo everywhere, toppings bar was a mess. You can’t run this type of concept without a clean store. Yogurt and toppings were fine(nothing special) but the mess turned me off.

I wanted to treat my kid after he did something particularly good today. I normally would have turned left into Graeter’s across Brownsboro Rd but Summit traffic wasn’t too bad so instead decided to try 32 degrees. We weren’t disappointed, even after the 5 year old got over the shock of «well, it’s not quite ice cream…» We got to try several yogurt flavors before we settled on ours(birthday cake and cheesecake, respectively) and the toppings bar had every candy, mallow, gummy, fruit and nut that I’d ever want to put on frozen yogurt. The selection was good. The environment left something to be desired. There’s enough tile in there to feel bathroom-like, and a few flimsy tables are tossed in the middle of the natural yogurt-topping-payment traffic pattern so if you need to sit inside(and we did, it was raining) it feels cold and busy. Bottom line: on a sunny day when you can sit outside on the benches and enjoy the Summit buzz, this is a fun(and slightly healthier than the alternative) place to be.

Delish! Since leaving California I’ve been going through fro yo withdrawals, so glad they opened this place! The flavors are always yummy. The only flaw is last time I went the fruit was sad looking. The pineapple was inedible and there were 2 strawberries left.

we went on a weeknight when it was cold and rainy but there was still plenty of people in there … so that there showed me that it was a must try. the place is a little small, and once we got in, a slew of middle school girls came in with their parents and it was a little hard to get to the flavors. but on the upside there were plenty of flavors to choose from. for my first time, i opted for the tahitian vanilla and was very pleased. my boyfriend, who hates yogurt, gave it a shot with the german chocolate flavor … he’s a changed man now :) he loved it. When it comes to the toppings, there was so much to choose from … in a good way! i do wonder if they change flavors throughout the week since i noticed the first picture posted was watermelon and that wasn’t a choice when we went. so to sum it up we were both very excited about this yogurt bar and we’re still excited to go next time :)

I love that there are endless combinations here. You can make this a healthy snack, or you can load up on candy and such. It’s what you want it to be, and it’s great as a compromise stop. Also, getting basic vanilla can be challenging at some FroYo spots, and this has that option which is good! Like one of the other reviewers has stated, the size of the cups is HUGE, especially for children or a snack size. As for the self service aspect, I like that. I can get what I want, and not what I don’t want, and because it’s weighted and then priced, that way there’s no one else but myself to blame for the tab. To some, I can see the self serve as being a disaster, but this bar was well staffed and clean.

Price is fine considering the quality of toppings available. My kids beg to go here all the time even now in winter when I would prefer to stand in a fire than venture out! Still I cave every time since it tastes so good! The store is always neat and clean which is nice and the fruit is always fresh and beautiful!

I should preface this by saying that I had my first pinkberry less than a week ago, so my elitism is firmly rooted in having *just* jumped on the tart frozen yogurt bandwagon. I love that there is a yogurt shop at the Summit, but it just didn’t live up to my expectations. This is a self-service yogurt bar, which is a good concept, but the execution was a little rough. The containers are absolutely giant. The«small» is a 16 oz container — so be prepared if you let your kid help themselves. They will pack that thing with $ 49 worth of yogurt and gummy bears in no time.(The stuff costs $ 0.45 an ounce, but it is easy to get carried away with the giant vats that you serve yourself) The flavors were quite tasty. I didn’t think their original was quite as good as pinkberry, but we don’t have a pinkberry in Louisville, so that isn’t a fair standard. Their California tart or whatever it was called was still quite good, and the pumpkin and vanilla flavors I tried were outstanding. That said, the floor was disturbingly sticky. And after we sat down to eat our yogurt, we watched a little snot-nosed kid reach into the toppings containers bare handed. Gross. As neither the kid’s parents nor the staff said anything, you get the idea that this isn’t such a rare occurrence. The toppings bar leaned more heavily to the candy side and didn’t have the gorgeous fruit selection that pinkberry offers. I’ve not been to Ce Fiore yet, so I can’t tell you how they measure up to the in town competition. But if they keep the little germ factories from touching my food, I know where my loyalties will lie.
