I had a side mirror light lens to replace, some very difficult yellow headlights to restore
plus some other old smaller scuffs and scratches to take care of.
Gary and the lady helping with the paperwork were very polite,
extremely fast as with their turnaround, did a perfect job beyond what was asked, even washed the car (although it was a small job) and the price was very fair in my opinion.
I recommend them very much, also they have a fantastic attitude.

In a bout of flu foggyhead, I managed to knock the front bumper off of my car by hitting a pole in my garage. It looked pretty undamaged on the side I knocked it off and on the other side I unscrewed it to remove it from the frame. Hoping to save some money, I put it in my trunk thinking maybe it was salvageable. Another body shop in town told me I would have to get a new one without even looking at my old bumper first… Compare that to when I came into Gary, he was the one who suggested being able to put the original back on as good as new! For a crazy super low price, he fixed my bumper up and reattached it perfectly. He’s got himself a customer for life, if I ever have car trouble again, I’m definitely going to Gary for honest, quality and fast service!

Can’t say enough about how awesome this place is. My car got scraped in a parking garage a few weeks ago, and all the other shops I took it to quoted me from $ 1100 to $ 1800 to repair and repaint the quarter panel. Gary quoted me $ 650, for exactly the same work. Then, when I came by to actually get the work done, he looked at it and told me he could buff out the scratches on the paint. We pulled the car around, and in 10 minutes, he and Mher made the scratches completely disappear. The best part? I asked him how much he charged for it, expecting to pay for the repair, and he told me no charge! I can’t thank these guys enough for doing an amazing job and saving me a ton of money.

My car was vandalized a while back. It was repainted by another body which did not turn out well. Gary and staff made sure to eliminate unnecessary repaint by polishing and painting only what is necessary. Saved me time and money. Just check out how shiny and well, just check out the photo!

Was in the office for an hour no one showed up and I had to go to the garage and they gave me an over price to fix my old car that would cost more that the car… Fixed it myself with ¹⁄₁₀^th of the price they said…

This place is incredible. Gary is a very personable, honest and reasonable businessman. He cares about customer service and always has a smile on his face. He and his staff did an impeccable job fixing my car. He gave it the «Gary Touch» as it was perfectly cleaned and like new when I picked it up. A true pleasure from beginning to end. Highest recommendation!

Preferred Image Body Shop is as good as it gets! Gary is amazing — his love for his business & what he does is infectious! My ONE week old beautiful BMW somehow got it’s 1^st scratch — too soon to have a flaw, very disconcerting… What impressed me is that Gary fit me into his already full schedule the day after the Labor Day holiday — he understood I wanted it fixed ASAP without me having to ask. The technicians were all friendly & Courtney the Office Manager knows her stuff — plus she is a doll! Preferred Image is a very customer focused & friendly shop. The work done is flawless — my car looks like the beauty it is!!! And — the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Gary & his team to anyone that needs body work. Thank you SO much!

How this place has 5 stars amazes me. Not only was the quality of their work very very poor, but overall as a business, this has been one of the worst I’ve dealt with. Never took down my information, never saved my number, had no idea what my name was, never kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. Never answered the phone and when I did get a hold of them I spoke to the owner who is extremely rude. The receptionist is nice, and that was their only upside. As for the quality of their work, not only did the paint not match but their was overspray all over my vehicle with paint bubbles everywhere. Please, if you have a nice vehicle that needs repair beware this place!

I trust my car only to gary. He is the best and has always done a perfect job. I wish I did not have to see him so often, but like I said, preferred image is the best. it doesn’t matter if you have a 67 mustang or a 2015 Porsche, or even a 75 Toyota. I got my car hit by a poll, true story, and a big dent on the front hood from a opening gate at a winery in Napa Valley. I was too lazy to get it fix, and not that it’s going to do anything for me because it was a rental. Until dad decided to buy it out because it would cost us to much to return the car with all my ding-​deng on the car. My poor little Prius C finally got a make over, thank you to The Preferred Image of Los Gatos.
Gary, the energetic and charming owner of this auto shop. He looks like he hits the gym more often than coming to the office. Somehow he was always here when I came in. It took Gary less than 5 minutes, literally to estimate my damage. I dropped my car 2 weeks later, after 4 working days, my car was ready, looking brand new.
He gave me the guarantee paperwork on the paint, detailed on the service, pricing, etc, wow, the service that I don’t usually get if I was coming to a Viet shop, not to bad mouth my people, but this kind of service is exactly you get what you pay for. In this case, Gary price was competitive.
His work was transparent with excellent service. I highly recommend The Preferred Image Of Los Gatos to anyone. Drive a little, save a lot.

Wow, these guys rock! Just stopped in for an estimate for my new black van that got keyed a couple weeks ago in a parking lot. They immediately jumped on it, buffed it out like new and no charge! I was on my way in 15 minutes! Amazing customer service. I wish more businesses would follow this old fashioned way of doing business, hopefully I don’t ever need to get my car fixed but if I do they have a future customer and will get lots of referrals from me. A great bunch of people! It’s difficult to find the words to express my gratitude toward Gary and his crew!

My friend rear ended my car so she had us both take it to preferred so they worked in her car and it came out fine but my car wasn’t that great I left thinking it was fine but then I noticed the bumper had a bump area where you could still see the old paint I wasn’t happy about that, then a week later the bumper popped out again :(this is so inconvenient for me, I wish they would have fixed it right the first time. I think they rushed on it and because I wasn’t paying because my friend took care of it was her fault I’m thinking I didn’t get the best treatment. I won’t come here again

Meeting Gary and having him go over my car so thoroughly was what helped me choose to go with him to get my challenger back to showroom quality after it had been attacked by angry turkeys (no joke!). Throughout the entire time he had my car, I felt confident that he would take care of it and me.
