Mary Ann Tripp – Absolute Mortgage

Mary Ann Tripp is a lifesaver. She is the only person I will ever go to for my home loans. Back when the sub prime lending was at its peak I went to her for a loan. A loan I had no business getting at the time. She explained how the interest only loan with the balloon payment would work. She explained how it was not a good idea for me and that I would end up in trouble. Thank God I listened to her and did not get caught up on the frenzy. I would have ended up with a payment I couldn’t afford and be upside down. Instead I was patient and after the market crashed I went back to her for help. She got me through a short sale when most of those deals fell through. She always goes over all the details and makes sure you are well informed. There were some curveballs that came up but I never was stressed because I knew I had Mary Ann on my side. She is also so helpful with advice for my friends. I have seen some terrible examples of buyers being in the dark about what is going on with their financing. Whenever I have questions from my friends she is there for them too. My whole family goes to her for their home loan needs. We have all been going to her for years now and I recommend anyone I know to go to her!
