Very happy with the service and quality of care given to my clothes. I’ve been using LG Cleaners for over a year now and only had positive experiences. Additionally, whenever I’ve needed hems or even a complete re-​sewing of a piece, she’s been able to complete it and it looks like new.

I was hesitant to try the place out as there were hardly any reviews, but since it’s so close to my office and I needed some things done I thought I’d try it out. I was tired of getting ripped off down the street (not being told in advance that something done would be double the price for a small detail)…
Anyway, I only had alterations done, 3 pant hems and two waists. She did a great job on all of them and they were done in a few days. Will be using them again as well as trying them out for cleaning. Hope it keeps working out well as I’ve had my share of bad experiences in the past at other places.

Went to have a pair of jeans hemmed– tried them on while she measured. After a week I picked them up only to find one leg was hemmed different than the other. I went back (she admitted when she measured she only measured one leg!) instead of owning responsibility she was going to CHARGE me! Can you imagine? When I then said that was insane and that she should give me money back on the garment for my troubles, she gave me my money back and refused to fix the pants. What a horrible business woman. Shame on you Rosemary.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Rosemary is amazing and I’ve never had a problem with anything I’ve had her do for me. From alterations to dry cleaning everything comes back perfect. I have been going to her for about 8 years and recommend her to everyone and they always come back with great comments.

I had to have my fiancé pick up our clothes because their hours are not super convenient. I never noticed before because I would get off work by 3:30pm most days, but now I don’t get off until 5:00pm at the earliest. They are open 9:00am-6:30pm, M-​F, and 11:00am-4:00pm Saturday. He did say how pleasant he thought Rosemary was though, so maybe I’ll just keep sending him.

Los Gatos Cleaners & Alteration is one of the best dry cleaners in the area. They are very efficient and reasonable! The woman who works the front desk is always extremely friendly and greets you with a warm smile.
If you often step on the hem of your pants while wearing heels they dry clean and fix them for under $ 10!
