I’m new in town, one of my neighbors recommended this dry cleaners, and I have to thank him for that. I was there three times and I give them 5 stars for their excellent work. In one of the cases I was absolutely impressed when they managed to remove a coffee stain from my white shirt.

Best cleaners in town. Fast service and high quality and a lot of experience. The owners are very friendly and very experienced, I have been using them for so many years I can’t even remember anymore. Most of all we have become friends, when I go there they take their time to talk to me and they love sports. Love them.

This review has nothing to do with this companies ability to Dry-clean clothes. In fact, I have been here several times in the past, and they have done an OK job with my clothes. Nothing too exciting here… its a Dry Cleaner. I have to say the inside of the place smells really funky too, but that isn’t why I will not recommend this place. This review is more about the exceptionally rude behavior exhibited by an older man with glasses who identified himself as the owner of this business, who told me he doesn’t want my business anymore. This Dry Cleaner is right next to a Laundromat(Los Gatos Laundry Company), in a fairly small and busy shopping center with limited parking(Subway is there too).(The laundromat gets exceptional ratings from me, but that is for another review.) I went to wash several heavy blankets and mats in their large machines. While waiting for them to dry, I walked into the dry cleaner with a jacket from work that had its zipper damaged, and was hoping that they would be able to fix it. The gentleman there was pleasant, but gave me a quote of $ 30 to repair the zipper, and told me it would take a few days. Not wanting to wait, I declined his offer to fix my jacket since i knew it could be done for less than ½ of his offer. He appeared to be a middle aged middle eastern man with a Goatee. He seemed very nice and polite. I left, and then drove out of the parking lot to get some Starbucks down the street while waiting for my clothes to dry. When I came back, there were no parking spots left in the lot except for one, which happened to be in front of the cleaner(and right next to the laundromat). I parked, and went to get my clothes out of the dryer. about 10 minutes after I parked, when i was taking out my last two blankets, that same gentleman who had offered to fix my jacket zipper, yelled inside asking if I could move my car. He said there was a van that was waiting to park. I told him no problem, and began taking my two blankets out of the dryer. He said again impatiently, «he is waiting, can you do it now», to which i replied, «yes, i am leaving right now». I grabbed my last blanket, and walked outside. As I put my blankets in the trunk of my car, The gentleman that had asked me to move asked,“didn’t you see the sign”? In fairness, I did not see the sign, which I now saw said something to the effect of «cleaners only». I apologize to him for parking there and said, I’m sorry I didn’t know, and there were no other spots in the complex when i arrived. I then looked around at the parking situation, and there were now 4 other OPEN parking spaces right next to my car, while the van just waited for me to move. All were 10 minute cleaner spots as well… the delivery van only wanted to park in the spot i was in and not the other open spots. But, I still didn’t say anything. In comes the A-hole old man driving the van, who I smiled and waved at as I apologized to the man with the goatee. As I am bout to get into my car and leave, Rude old man said, «can’t you see the sign». At this point, I was a bit irritated, and said, «Sir, couldn’t you just have parked in one of these 4 empty spots», to which he answered with a simple«no». I walked up to him and asked him if he owned this business, and he grunted WHY? I asked again, and he said, «yeah, why». I replied to him, «you just lost me as a customer», to which the angry old man said«good». What an A-HOLE his was!!! And i let him know that before I left. After looking on Unilocal, I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who thinks this guy is a terrible business man. Maybe he does dry clean clothes well, or fix shoes, or whatever else he does. I really don’t know… but i’d rather not give my business to rude people if i can help it.

When I moved to California I was nervous about finding a new dry cleaner. I have been taking my clothes to EZ Cleaner in Los Gatos for almost a year now and they have proven themselves to be professional, friendly, reliable and they really know what they are doing! I love knowing that they do their dry cleaning on-site because the quality of their cleaning is exceptional. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who wants the job done right!
