I’ve been going to Kiss & Make-​up for eye brows for several months and they did my make-​up for my son’s wedding. They are professional, courteous, and do excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Richard is the eyebrow ninja! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows EVER!

I have been going to Richard for 11 years! Both the Los gators and willow Glenn location. Can’t believe it’s been that long already. There is NO ONE I trust with my eyebrows but Richard. He is everything. He can turn a mess into beauty in 20 minutes. They sell super cute clothes and great makeup and jewelry as well. I always walk in 5 minutes before my appointment so I can do a little shopping before. I am a makeup artist and refer pretty much every bride to Richard before their wedding day. They all fall in love, become regulars and their brows are perfect for their day. Thanks for keeping my brows on point all these years!

I love this place. After my friend incessantly told me to get my eyebrows done here, I finally gave in and holy crap I cannot be more pleased with the results. I’ve always had great eyebrows and get compliments on them no matter what I really do with them, but let me tell you, I’ve never gotten as many compliments on my brows than I did after I got them done here. Random people would stop me on the street to compliment my eyebrows, that’s how good this place is. Seriously, this place changed my life. If you want your eyebrows to be «on fleek» I totally recommend Kiss & Makeup.

Rebecca does an amazing job with my eyebrows — tinting and shaping. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a real professional to shape up your brows.

2:30 pm in the afternoon and still closed. Or should I assume they are returning this time the next day? Great services but don’t return calls. Left a message wanting an appointment and never received a call back.

Richard is amazing! I don’t let anyone else touch these Persian eyebrows. He’s talented, nice and extremely patient. I would absolutely recommend him!

Kiss and make up is amazing! I just had Richard clean up my very messy, thick eyebrows that I had been growing for some time. My eyebrows look 100X better and it was only 25 dollars for a service that is early worth 40. I highly recommend this place!

I had Rebecca shape and tint my eyebrows. The shape is alright. But I can tell one brow is higher then the other and are not evenly shaped. I was really disappointed with the tint. I was told that by getting my eyebrows tinted they would look like they were filled in before I even filled them in. So it was really disappointing when I washed my face, that same day, to see that the «filled in» part washed off and my eyebrows looked the same as before just groomed. The photo I uploaded shows before, during the tint process, after the tint process, and lastly after I washed my face. I called them about my concern that evening and they had me come in the following day to see Richard. But it was only to tell me to my face that it is suppose to wash off your skin and there is nothing else they can do. What an absolute waste of time! I even told the lady on the phone I don’t live locally. Why couldn’t she have told me this over the phone instead of having me drive there for no reason. Oh that’s right cause she told me that it IS in fact suppose to look filled in and that it washing off so soon never happens! As a customer I feel played getting two different answers from the people who work there. I paid 50 $ and was only refunded 20 $. I felt scammed and wronged for them to set up an expectation and not be able to deliver and only to further inconvenience me for no resolution.

What a great place to feel your best once you have walked out. Richard does a wonderful job with your eyebrows. He is pretty quick and efficient He does make me cry which isn’t very nice but he is doing what he does best.

Just had the greatest first timer experience with Richard! I called and asked for a last minute appointment (annoying I know) and he squeezed me in. I got there and loved the cute little boutique. I’ll be back to scope the racks for sure. The shop is cute clean and to the point. Richard asked me about my brow routine and made a suggestion of his professional expertise (the fuller the better). He went right to work tweezing and trimming (no gooey waxy mess here!) but took only the necessary amount before checking in with me and discussing the next steps. We decided to take a little more off and he showed me the areas I was supposed to let fill in (meaning…keep my over-​tweezing mitts off.) A quick powder to kill the minimal pinkness and off I went. In and out in less than 15 minutes and totally tweezed to perfection. Richard was professional and pleasant. He asked me a little about myself and shared a little about himself. Mom (Rebecca) has owned the shop for 17 years and he has been there for 14 years. There’s also a Willow Glen location. Definitely check this place out!

Richard is the eyebrow God. Staring into his blue eyes as he works the 7 wonders on my unibrow is like staring at the pearly gates of Heaven.

The best in the business. Richard is the only person in the entire world I trust with managing my unruly eyebrows. He is kind, professional and always takes extra time getting them exactly right. Great store, wonderful location and beautiful clothing, accessories and makeup.

I went to see Rebecca to get my eyebrows tattooed and after a poor experience in the past I was a little nervous. But she did a fantastic job! They look so natural, and now I don’t ever have to worry about wiping away my brows when I’m swimming or sweating at the gym! Loyal customer made!

I’ve been going to Richard since 2008. They have two locations one in LG, the other in Willow Glen.
I used to have my eyebrows waxed or even threaded but inevitably they were never symmetrical. I started going to Richard and everything changed. I go to him every two weeks and I love the fact that my brows are always consistently done right. I’ve referred so many friends and family members to Richard and they all love him. Most of the time, you can make a same day appointment with him if you call before lunch time.

I LOVE Kiss and Make-​up! I have been a client for over 15 years and will continue to be for a long time to come. I see either Rebecca and Richard for brow shaping once a month. Every time I leave the shop I get compliments on how great my brows look. I would also highly recommend both Richard and Rebecca for Make-​up application. Every time I have an event to go to I have them do my make-​up. I leave feeling beautiful and full of self confidence. Both of my daughters also see them for their prom make-​up and photo shoots. The shop is really cute too!

I decided to visit Kiss & Make-​up after researching a place to get my brows tamed. I’m extremely particular about the shape of my brows and really wanted to go to a place where they treated your brows like a piece of art.
Every time I went in to get my brows done, Richard was always cordial and did an excellent job cleaning up and shaping each brow. He really takes his time to ensure that his work is GREAT. I highly recommend him! Might be a bit pricey but come on – it’s your face! You’re worth it and so is he!

When my hair dresser left to work at another location, I started to use the person at that salon for a couple of years. She was a fantastic person, but didn’t come close to Rebecca. I decided to go back to Rebecca last month. After she was done, I was so damn happy. I had those fab brows back. Never again shall I leave you. You are so deserving because you are the best in town my dear.

I was referred here by a friend and have been going back ever since, almost 2 years now. Richard does an AMAZING job with my brows. I have tried waxing, threading and doing them myself– nothing really impressed me. Richard tweezes and doesn’t use wax. He’s like a magician with those tweezers because my brows can get pretty crazy! I used to hate my brows and now I love them and get compliments on them all the time. It is pricier than waxing but definitely worth it.
They also have a new location in downtown Willow Glen inside the Garden Theater!
