I am a person that feels that if you do the job or provide the service I pay for in a timely and efficient manner, then you get 4 stars as that as what I expect. Four stars are average. If you deftly solve an unexpected problem or navigate around some unforeseen disaster, then you deserve four and one half. I honestly believe five stars are for exceptional effort, knowledge and execution.
For selling our older duplex, I gave Jeanne Rajabzadeh a five star rating for the following reasons.
1) There were no errors in any of the paperwork. No last minute, «I forgot’s.»
2) She actually painted part of the fence and two wrought iron gates herself as well as taking care of several other minor fixes and repairs (a nod to her handyman husband here).
3) She nailed the asking price and then managed the minor bidding war that followed.
4) She recommended and then supervised people that she had previously used for every aspect of preparing an older building for sale including:
a) Recycling and trash removal,
b) Landscaping,
c) Termite and building inspection.
5) She supervised the bidding for painting, trim replacement and new carpets and inspected the results.
6) She staged the house herself.
7) The total effect of these efforts were, for lack of a better word, transformative
8) The sales effort, advertising, open house for brokers and agents, open house for interested buyers, flyers and online advertising were all first rate. Obviously part of the credit here also goes to Los Gatos Caldwell Banker Real Estate, who had the good sense to employ her as an agent.
9) She did this expeditiously while keeping me constantly informed of both progress and problems.
Engage her as your agent, listen to what she says, follow her advice and you will do well.

We availed Jeanne’s services for the buying and selling of a property in the span of 4 years. Jeanne had been extremely patient, professional and detail oriented in all of her interactions with us. We saw over a 100 houses when we were buying our home and she never rushed us to pick a house. We were absentee sellers and she made the selling process really easy. We would recommend her to anyone without any hesitation!

Jeanne is the best!
Jeanne was referred to me by a really good friend and helped me buy my first house. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions, concerns and fears but Jeanne’s excellent knowledge and resourcefulness made the process so much less stressful.
Jeanne knows her stuff really well — she has an excellent command of the process but I think her true strength is that she is able to leverage her knowledge and expertise to patiently and calmly help her clients find and close on the right place. Over the years she has developed an excellent network of people that can help you look for options for loans, home inspections and other people you will have to deal with while closing on a house. The general rule of thumb is not to rely on a single source for all of these services but I am so glad I took Jeanne’s recommendations — I shopped around a lot for my mortgage but I got the best rate and terms on my mortgage by going through Jeanne’s suggestion.
Even after the closing, Jeanne was a trouper — after I moved into my place, I had a plumbing issue (a blocked drain). The timing could not have been worse since I was traveling the next day. Jeanne, offered to let the plumbers in the house and fix the issue while I was away and had everything fixed by the time I was back. The repair was also covered by the home warranty that Jeanne had negotiated on my behalf.
I absolutely recommend Jeanne to anyone; she is responsive, knowledgeable, honest and very helpful — all the things you want in your real estate agent.

Jeanne was an absolute delight to work with when buying our first home. As first time home buyers we had under-​estimated the complexity of this entire process, but Jeanne was there to help us from the very beginning.
For our first meeting, she did it in person and spent a great deal of time to give us an overview of the process as well as answer detailed questions. She gained our trust and confidence very quickly and always thought two steps ahead to keep us prepared for various scenarios. She was very flexible to accommodate our busy schedules. We could always get a hold of her in any situation, sometimes way after business hours. She responded within hours to emails, phone calls and text messages. If she did not have an answer for us, she reached out to people in her network to find answers soon. We can always count on Jeanne to find us a solution.
To make matters more challenging I had to travel outside of country for work. She accommodated the difference in my time zone and worked seamlessly with us day and night.
