I was referred to Brett Nicoletti through a good friend, whom has all his mortgage-​loan needs processed by Brett. Brett has been absolutely fantastic. I first started the loan process back in late 2009. I met once with Brett at his office and spoke with him on the phone many times. Brett answered all my questions and was very responsive. He compiled a few Good Faith Estimates for me and was more than willing to write a pre-​approval letter for any offers I made. Brett really provided me with a good deal of information to help a first time home buyer navigate the process. Unfortunately the economy went south and that halted my home buying process. Fast Forward to late 2013 and early 2014 and I was once again in the Market a blistering one at that. After about a 4 year hiatus I reached back out to Brett never forgetting all the work he put in previously. Brett was responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Brett found me the best rate possible and kept in touch with my agent and Title Company to make the process smooth. Brett worked hard to get the loan processed in 30 days. I will continue to use Brett on all future mortgage-​loan needs!
