Kamala and Siri work as a team to instruct a unique fusion of Hatha and Kundalini styles of yoga while playing live music using singing bowls and the didgeridoo. They have mastered the ability to create a welcoming and safe place to practice while delivering a truly amazing transcendental live music experience. I had a wonderful meditative experience taking their class and felt rejuvenated and relaxed afterwards. I’ll definitely keep taking class with them!

Best yoga ever. Kamala and Siri not only have a great yoga flow in their practice but they create such a magical atmosphere. One can always expect a large studio comfortably dimly lit with the soft glow of colored lights and candles. During the sessions there is always a guest star musician playing spiritual uplifting vibes, accompanied by Kamala’s crystal bowls and Siri’s percussion and gong. At the end of every session you can’t help but to glow.

The folks at the groove spot are amazing. They are professional, knowledgeable, open hearted and just all around good people. Take a class and you won’t be disappointed. You’ll have fun, learn some new skills, meet awesome, friendly folk and probably change your life. Cant ask for much more than that.

The yoga here is amazing. My personal favorite is the galactic yummy yoga on Tuesdays with Kamala & Siri from Fire Groove. These two are an amazing team who always bring you deeper into yourself with thoughtful sequences and wonderfully inspiring live music. The sound bath/​singing bowls always help me focus in on myself. Tuesday night is my personal ritual and I recommend it to everyone. Come give back to yourself! You deserve it
