I love this wing stop I would come here on my lunch break, great staff I usually get Gloria she is very friendly and helpful. I been to other wing stops closer to my house and they are the worse I wish I lived closer to this one there not stingy with the chicken or the fries. Would recommend this place to anyone it’s really worth it.

Placed online order at 11:15 am. I set pick up time for 12:00 noon. I arrived at 12:20. Lunch order was not ready. Ugh! Why??? Service sucks!

Why does this place have only 3 stars? Lol
My favorite wing spices would definitely be the Louisiana rub & the lemon pepper.
I have nothing bad to say about this location. I didn’t have to wait long or anything. The wings are always hot & delicious when I come.
The girl at the register was really nice & even told me her favorites & what to get & not to get.

This has to be the most ignorant wingstop in the city. As I’m trying to order my food the cashier by the name of Arianna is on the phone telling me to wait cause she need to tell the person on the phone she needs to call them back. The customer service needs to be worked on. I don’t want to spend my money at a place where the cashier can’t even smile at me.

The wings are so greasy I just cant deal with it

Love the mild, lemon pepper and spicy korean flavors, as well as the fried crispy crunch of the wings, tasty tasty. I usually call in for my wings which makes it more convenient.

I walked in at 10:41 p.m. Spent $ 28.00 on some food for my employees and the black older guy From the kitchen was so mad that I came in before closing so he came from the back and start putting ALL THE CHAIRS up on top of the table so that I can’t sit down. And just to clarify if I was assuming right I asked him after I payed the cashier for my food so should I wait in I the car he said yes! Which I know was very rude (take my money but have me wait in the car). So I walked out and he I guessed tried it make it a joke and said u were going to sit in the car anyway right? I said no actually I was trying to sit down but you took all the chairs. So I’m sitting in the car typing this review and I don’t wanna come back after this weird experience.

The worst customer service ever !!! The cashier was soo rude and to top it off she might of been the manager, the name was Glory. Never coming back it took 40 min for 15 wings, to make it worst they where cold. Never again.

F**** this place. Order online, let them tell you that your order didn’t go thru and then wait 30 minutes for a small order of wings.
«You’ll be next» they said and they call 4 orders before yours.

Worst Customer Service Ever! The manager Ken was no help. As I explained my issue to him, he raised his tone and began to argue with me. When I asked him, «Are you really going to argue with a customer?» He replied verbatim, «No I’m arguing with you!» … So I guess I’m not a customer?! I will never give Wing Stop another dollar ever.

Been here many, many times and I love the atomic and lemon pepper wings — regular wings, of course. Boneless is for commies!
The other day I ordered online and when I got there to pick it up, the young lady at the register said that they hadn’t been getting their online orders all day! I was obviously bummed, but within just a few minutes of ordering they rushed out my order anyway.
So love the people at the store, but not the online system. They really need some kind of system that doesn’t make you think you’ve ordered your food and then doesn’t connect to the store. My advice in the meantime, if you do order online call them up afterwards to make sure it came through. Their wings are WAY better than you’d expect from a chain, but you don’t want to get screwed by a broken online ordering system.

This wingstop location needs some work. I’m not sure if they are franchised or owned by a corporate office but they need some training. My party and I were not greeted when we walked in and once we got to the counter we were met with what seemed to be annoyance or an attitude. I placed my order over the phone and got the same type of service. I don’t frequent this location and honestly I’d rather drive a little further to get better service.

Been waiting for a while. Someone in the back called my name saying my order was ready. Me being 9 months pregnant wobbled to the front and was looked at like I was crazy. They said «We did not call you yet, were still waiting on your fries» ok well I’m not crazy. Just say you made a mistake and that’s it. Customer service here sucks.

Service is always slow! This doesn’t happen at wing stops where the staff is predominantly Hispanic. This staff works at such a slow pace. I don’t mind driving a little further as long as I don’t end up here. F this place. I waited over an hour and a half for 10 wings… Get it together.

Went to this location last night and initially ordered 20 wings with large fries and two drinks — done, but then I saw pricing and decided to «upgrade» my order to a 30 piece fam. Deal instead. The cashier was great, she didn’t seem bothered that I would have to make her do the extra work– instead she quickly pulled out a calculator and charged me for the difference in price… Damn I was happy ! 30 pieces instead of 20 with free dip and veggie sticks ! Okay now let’s wait … 10 mins passed, okay– it’s 30 pieces let’s wait … 20 mins passed, okay it’s taking a bit longer than usual, so I sent my friend to ask what was up with our order– when she asked, someone abruptly unknowingly said— it’ll just be a few more mins. And ok, we’ll wait then why not. But Now, 30 mins had passed, are you ***** kidding me– no way it takes this long !
So I went up instead, and asked politely how much longer for my name to be called, then the lady up front had no idea, and I stared confused because it was just supposed to be a few more mins… Well it turns out our order was never printed or started… But we got told it had, this was why we waited… At the end I just asked for a refund and left the place– 1star for the lady that initially helped me but otherwise— c’mon wingstop — get it together. It’s not fun to keep the customers waiting and I’m sure it sucks to count refunds and the end of the night. Not coming back any time soon.

Horrible service, the girls here have horrible customer service and are rude. Ordered my food before 10 different people & had to wait over an hour and people who ordered after me got their order. Not a happy customer and won’t be back. Never experienced this at any other wingstop.

Food is always great. The service is okay. The only bad part of my experience here was that i tried to call in my order so it was ready or at least in the works by the time i got there, but i was on hold for 15 minutes. The didn’t take me off hold til i was a block away. Other than that, good experience.
TIP: don’t try to order over the phone. Not worth the time.

Ordered the 10 piece bone in wings with fries. 5 Lemon Pepper & 5 BBQ. Wash it down with a pink lemonade.
I was nicely greeted and service was fast. I heard someone sneeze in the back while making my chicken. I just hope they turned their head away.

This Wings Stop is always consistent in food quality. I always call my order in and pick it up. They always get my order correct and I never have a problem.
The wings are always fresh and hot. I love the lemon pepper, barbecue and classic bone in. Love the veggie stick and them there yeast rolls are to die for. I dislike their fries, I tend to like my fries crispy not limp.
I would suggest to call your order in so you don’t have a long wait. It’s always crowded.
